This is the most inept post office I've ever been to in my 60 years of life. They don't know how to do anything that a post office is used for. If you don't have to use this post office DON'T. Stay away form this one nobody in there knows anything about running a post office.

This is my local post office since moving to the area and it is by far the worst one I’ve stepped foot in. When you walk in there is almost always a line about 12 people long due to the slow moving staff who most of the time can’t seem to find the parcels they’re looking for and keep switching between job roles halfway through serving someone. The store also regularly has a foul odour in it and is just generally unclean and messy. They’re selling products in the store that look like they have been picked up at a garage sale or at the markets in China. Upon occasion they have left the PO Box access open which is situated right next to the queue area, exposing everyone’s letters and mail to the whole store and leaving them easily accessible for any opportunist thief to just take off the shelf. One time I went I had them scan my parcel receipt on my phone and they then proceeded to bring out an item that I was waiting on from a month earlier that I didn’t even know had arrived and then said my other item wasn’t there yet. Just an absolute disgrace of a post office I honestly cannot believe that Australia Post allows people like these people to be in charge of such a critical service. Shameful

get a text saying if my parcel can be left at the door, I replied yes straight away, and yet I get a card saying to pick it up the next day at 4pm. hasn't been the first time. either the post office or the delivery driver needs to get better at doing their jobs, gets a bit frustrating.

The worst post office I've stepped into. It's sparse with barely anything in the store part and looks unclean. The staff give the vibe of wanting to be anywhere else, and the feeling is mutual. They are so unapproachable it's almost laughable. Really represents Australia Post in the worst way.

Delivery driver is a joke 3 parcels iv found dumped and broken in our garden bed one was an expensive picture. He made no attempts to even come to our front door no dogs were out either absolutely no care.

Usually a good post office. But i do want to voice my current annoyance and deep dissapointment. You changed locations and did NOT update google with either your new location OR your hours change. I drove to collect my parcel after finishing work only to find a note on your old store informing of the move with an address that didnt come up in google maps. I then walked to the new post office and tried to get in only to then be informed of the change in opening hours and have a staff member put up the closed sign on the door in my face because i was five minutes past the NEW closing time (which deviates by a whole hour). Seriously annoyed and dissapointed ESPECIALLY because i actually tried calling within opening hours before i left for the post office and it just rung out and no one picked up. Could have saved me the hassle....

Good post office, But to one of the workers there tday, Stick to doing what your mean,t to be doing serving customers with bill payments @ processing mail,,, Don,t criticise the type of bill they pay eg phne bill your not (Telstra) Or any other telco company stick too what you,re mean,t to be doing!
