The staff at the Wallace Av Parcel Pickup Centre exceeded expectations with excellent service. Taking time to search for a parcel when I had no card or online notification. Then printing out details for upcoming deliveries for my whole family. I walked off feeling good with my lost Parcel in hand. Thank you good staff.

One of the drivers made a wrong delivery but one of the staff (particularly Rina) helped to sort it out and get it delivered to my place. She helped during the entire process and keeping me informed all the time of the progress. Great Job and kudos to entire team!!!

After being assured that my parcel would be transferred to hoppers crossing and I agreed to pay extra point cook flat out refused to transfer it I am on a pension and don't drive and had no way of getting to point cook I live in hoppers crossing they are now going to return it to sender not happy at all

Today i went to pick up my parcel that was dropped off i got served by a middle age woman she asked for my card information to pick up and i gave it to her she scanned it then came back with a different parcel that had another name on it not my name she then went and got me the right parcel then continued to tell me that i should not park my car in a decidable park but there was no sign on the ground or pole once i left a customer come in after me and she then became very happy and friendly with the next customer very bad customer service to someone that is not Australian but we all bleed the same love
