Sold me wrong product in bulk. I brought my item and ask to give me right package, they give me and I bought in bulk. Then I bought my products in bulk. Upon sending 1 staff got agree and say its right you can seal the package and it will go and after i sealed the other staff said it’s wrong it will not go in these packages. 100 of dollars got wasted because of wrong staffs. Aus post Dandenong is better. Far but way better.

I had the single worst experience here I've ever had. I just wanted my package that was sent for my family as a gift, and to buy a pen cannot begin to show how disgusted I am at the woman that served me. Your there to do your job, if you dont like it, go home give it to someone that would love the opportunity and would love to be a part of the community. You were so nasty, you acted like I was an inconvenience the moment I walked through the door. I rarely give a 1 star, but this takes the cake for pure rude service.

This is the furthest location of Australia Post in my local area, however, compared to Cranbourne and Carrum Downs I would much prefer to go here despite the distance. Staff here is lovely and very professional not as rude as the Cranbourne branch!
