very disrespectful staff, i had to collect my parcel from their post office, when i went in there the owners son took the card that was left at my front door, he looked at it, got my parcel and then asked for my i.d, he then said sorry the names and addresses do not match, this was because the package was mailed to Brad Hann and my i.d said Bradley Hann, i looked at him and asked if he was serious and at that point his father grabbed a sign that had highlighted, name and address must match a photo i.d, and he said we are a post office we have to follow rules and emphasized the we have to follow rules, i said what do you want me to do and he said ring auspost, so i rang them and was on hold for 10 mins or so and his wife said do you live with anyone because i had just moved houses and haven't changed my address yet, so i went home and got my housemate so he could sign on my behalf and when i had returned they had sat my $2000 parcel on the counter behind them and placed a used medical face mask on top of the box, i said can you please get that face mask off of my package, the wife said sorry my son put it on there, i said no not good enough, you were telling me you're a post office and you have to follow rules yet you will put a used face mask on someones package, the father got angry and yelled he's just a kid he doesn't understand in an aggravated voice so i said again, no not good enough you should know better, he then squirted hand sanitizer on my package without asking my permission and i said what are you doing that is my $2000 computer and he got angry and yelled I'm a medical professional this is the proper way to do it and then shoved the hand sanitizer over the counter and yelled now you do this to your hands so i grabbed my package and left. now my question is why is there a child handling parcels in a time with covid-19 going on and my second question is if he is a medical professional why is he in a post office and not on the front line helping those in need with covid, definitely would not recommend using this post office and i think auspost need to re-think their use of this business for their parcel postage and collection depot.

The most disrespectful indian guy that works there.one time my husband and I went there to pay bills, we had cash to pay he counted wrong and theft an extra $50. We asked him to go back and see footage of the cameras , we went through it together he saw that there was an extra $50 he took. But still he said arrrrr ummmm (it sounded like gibberish) he never gave me the 50$ after putting it In his pocket Oit wwas seen lon ccaeras nd seen but he acted like there was no 50$ in his pocket. This person has affected everyone that works at that post office and to this day I think everyone wearing a turbine is a scammer. To me 50$ isn't alot but just knowing people could be such untrusted animals disgusting me.

Very pathetic service and rude staff. I received email confirmation that my parcel has arrived, without even checking any of my details they argued that they don’t have any parcel received. I don’t know how they could make this statement without collecting documents. They can’t understand the email confirmation I showed them. I requested him to check the parcel number in the email but his answer was ‘ I wouldn’t do these things’. It took me another 10 minutes to make him understand and get my parcel. Somebody has to train this staffs. Very unprofessional and worst service in Shepperton.

They make it really difficult to pick up packages. I sometimes get things sent to my parents house as they are usually home. If I have to pick it up at this post office, they give me a hard time because my address is different on my licence (same name though). I even had my parents address on the front of my licence but that wasn't good enough either. While I was there, a guy came in to pick up a package and couldn't because it was addressed to the house next door. He explained that he owns both houses and rents one out, but still they wouldn't give him the parcel! The Aussie guy who works there is the worst, and the guy that owns it is pretty bad. The indian lady is lovely and helpful, but she's often not on. Saturday morning I've had her and never an issue
