Despite the long queue, it moved relatively fast and was handled by friendly staff that knew what they were doing. Was surprised at the speed of it! Ample parking outside as well. There are a range of items you can purchase in the store as well.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas!! Cruel Service! Firstly the Asian male on the date 08/12/22 12pm treated me very rudely and should not be in the position of looking after customers. Australian Post for my family in the Philippines was the Grinch that stole Christmas. After spending two weeks preparing Christmas presents wrapping and paying x press postage to be sent to the Philippines Australian Post has refused to send the parcel due to dangerous goods within the parcel. To my knowledge toys candy and clothing are not dangerous. And if there where dangerous items accidentally in the parcel I wasn’t even given a option to remove them. Australian post I am not a battery expert and I have no idea what batteries are used in these toys. Shame on you for not even giving me a option to remove the offending toy! No contact from Australian Post. No email no phone call no message of any kind was sent to me to rectify the situation. I had to find out my self through tracking. Very poor and cruel service! And now my new family will go with out Christmas presents! And these are kids that have never received a Christmas present before and where very excited in receiving a present! Thanks Australian Post! Grinch!

Terrible. I lose count of how many posts I see on the local community page with people missing parcels, dropped off at the wrong address OR people coming home with parcels on their doorstep that do not belong to them. This happened to me yesterday and spent my afternoon walking the streets trying to find if anyone had accidentally received my parcel on the doorstep. Thankfully it was finally found but at the complete wrong number. I don’t understand how this is possible and it seems to be happening far too frequently. The label on the parcel was clear and easy to read, the number on my place is clear and visible – as is the home that it was incorrectly delivered too. They are so ‘thorough’ to take a photo of the parcel at the door as evidence it was delivered
.but not quite thorough enough to check the address and that they are in the correct place? I just can’t see how someone doesn’t look and check.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I am disgusted. The lady laughed in my face when I was unsure of the correct forms. She was rude, had an attitude and didn't offer the best help and instead made me feel stupid. Staff are very unprofessional and really need some work done.

Whoever delivers parcels for this PO is totally useless. I missed a delivery while I was out running errands. Come home and there is absolutely NO "Missed Delivery" notice left here. Usually they're wedged in the screen door or left in the letterbox, but NOTHING!! I searched everywhere, front yard, back yard and even the garage. You're got 1 job to do. One, and you can't even do that right.
