Staff service was good. They work fast and efficiently during my visit. I have read many review which were bad but frankly I haven’t faced any kind of issue rest next time I will again visit. Overall experience was good. I recommend this place

Why are Australia Post doing passport applications? All this does is hold up everyone else trying to send or collect mail items. Taking passport photos with a hand held camera used by a staff member who had five goes before she got a satisfactory photo. Passport applications should be the job of Service NSW as they are already set up to do photos for driver's licence and other photo ID cards. Go back to your primary business role Australia Post, an understaffed three counter post office with only two staff on duty during a peak period is not the place for passport applications.

The staff at Rivo Post office are very friendly and have never disappointed me. Today had been to apply for my australian passport and 'Lalita Sharma' helped me out. She was not only fast but efficient as well. Had never seen anyone so sensible, fast, efficient and customer focussed and polite as well. Just got rejected for my passport application at a 430pm. Lady was very unhelpful and couldn’t explain to me why. She seem new as I usually get good service here.

I haven’t been there much, this is third time when I go for pick up my parcel.. it take so long I have to wait because they don’t organise properly and didn’t find the parcel very quick.. same thing happens with me before two time.
