Incredibly rude customer service from what I believe is the owner of this post office. Regarding rude tone, voice raised, all because on my licence my living address did not fit my postal address listed on my parcels to collect, due to currently moving into our rental and the process it takes to change those details over. When asked if I could show a utility bill to confirm my living address I was able to present this via email (as we received our utility bills online) and the owner stated he needed a hard paper copy to approve this… this is my local office of 3 years living in Frankston and never have I had an issue there before. 1 star purely for the fact of how I was spoken to, in which I’ve proceeded with a formal complaint to Aus Post.

Always busy, filthy, and the manager has zero customer service skills. How this centre remains open is beyond me. I’d rather travel to the proper post store in Frankston where there’s quality service- unfortunately there’s no option to change parcel collection locations. Avoid at all costs

Heartless,absolutely incompationate post office i have ever been. I forgot my id (yes my fault) but i showed it on my phone but still didnt accept it. I will have my chemo as i told the person i have cancer but still no. i begged too just only for today but NO.

Parking is always a problem. Very busy little shop. The owner is a bit prickly but if you work with him he can be very helpful. The staff are polite and very helpful. Pick your time because there is always a line to the counter.

Terrible customer service. There's a young Asian lady that keeps on miscalculating the price to send my parcels and all the times is asking for $5/6 on top of the real price. A complete disaster. The man who seems to be the owner, won't be mentioned for the Kindness Award.

The ladies who work here are lovely, however the man who I believe owns it is an absolute pig. The rudest person I've ever dealt with, barely says a word just throws things at you and taps on the bench when he wants something.
