If I could leave no stars I would, they don’t even deserve 1 star! The male and female Indian owner of this post office was rude from the minute I walked in. No greeting, no smile and no manners what so ever. I had come to do a return from eBay and was told by eBay customer service postage was paid and I didn’t need to do anything else but to bring the item being returned and the post office staff should know what to do and organise postage. That wouldn’t be out of pocket. From start to finish he was rude, interrupted me, cut in whilst trying to explain my side of the story and what my understanding was. He wouldn’t let me finish before interrupting me and forcing me to buy a bag. I felt very disrespected and offended. I then respectfully mentioned to him that if there was a customer who was told one thing and it seemed to be not the right procedures. It should be the post office worker to kindly and respectfully explain how works instead of assuming I should know and saying, “I do hundreds a day and all other customers know this” then he proceeded to argue me with attitude and any comments and when it esculated said that I would not be disrespected further as the way he handled it was rude and unnecessary and he kept going!! He kept going and was very unprofessional! Might I add, it was 10 to 5 (closes at 5) and he even have the nerve to say “hurry up and buy it, we are closed now”, his wife even tried to get in and attack me and said that they needed to be somewhere. A witness customer, another lady stepped in at the end and told him to shut his mouth as he was wrong and out of line, regardless, he works in customer service and simply needed to say I apologise, let me help you and have a good night! But it was a complete opposite experience. His passive aggressive comments and petty nature to the extent of copying my comments and trying to turn it back on me! This was appalling... I even said I’d contact Aus Post head office and his cocky comment was “ go check our amazing reviews, I don’t care”! I’m dumfounded and amazed how rude this couple was and they should think of getting a different profession or put aside the needs of wanting to leave work on time over helping a customer and showing respect instead of continuing a fight!! I had even gone far to say that “ you spoke to me with no respect so I have now spoken to you with no respect! Might I confirm I never received an apology at all from either of them! Even after getting help from a fellow customer!! (Thank you to that lady for helping me stand up to narcissistic bullies)?Unbelievable! First time there and last time back!
