5 Stars to Tahlia. Tahlia is delightful, consistently providing pleasant, friendly and helpful service despite having to work alongside of blatantly rude and disrespectful so-called "Managers". Zero stars to the current Yankalilla LPO Managers who seem to struggle to understand their legal obligations and responsibilities. It is absurd this pair of managers believe they have the right to dictate to their customers as to how a PO Box service at Yankalilla LPO is to be provided. You will find friendly and professional management and staff at Normanville LPO who go above and beyond to assist their customers. What's more, Normanville LPO is open Saturday mornings! In the meantime Tahlia, your customer service at Yankalilla LPO is second to none, you are a legend in the circumstances and I would be most grateful if you could please remind your managers that a customer's reason(s) for holding a PO Box is confidential.
