Some of the staff have very poor customer service skills. On a busy Saturday morning we wasted our time attending this place. We were turned away by a staff member after being miss informed from our first visit. Alternatively we went to Cranbourne Casey where the customer service was above and beyond. I hope in the future this place improves as this is the closest post Office to our new home in one of the near new estates.

Must stop providing passport photos services. It's a total waste of time and money. They force you to pay first and don't even bother taking the pictures correctly. They also forced you to pay and you only get useless pictures. High recommendation for office works ( check which stores provide those services) They let you check and approve any pictures.

DON'T COME HERE!!!! This post office must be shut or someone else must take over this!!! Came here to do passport application, but told me that the photo I provided is not correct size, but I am a graphic designer and did all the measurement accordingly but they don't accept my passport photo and insist of taking a photo for me over there (cost extra of course), so I did because I don't want to delay my application. Paid and after a few days, the passport application bouched back saying that the photo did not meet the requirement!!!!! THEY ARE HOPELESS AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!

One of the worst post office.... If you apply for passport please don't go to cranbourne park post office... Very worst customer service. I applied passport for my kids 3 months back. the manager didn't accept the birth certificate issued by Indian government and behaved very rude way. Finally I went to Casey Central and things done without any issue. Again today (26/09/2022) I went to cranbourne park post office for my passport application. Again the same issue... She never accepted the birth certificate issued by Indian High Commission. I was trying to convince that this was happened even last time when i applied passport for my kids. I told her that casey central post office accepted it last time. But she was again telling the same thing with rude face. Immediately i straight away went to casey central and applied without any issue. The manager in cranbourne park post office definitely need some basic knowledge. I told her when I applied for PR and Citizenship I submitted the same copy of my birth certificate and there was no problem at all. But she didn't care or willing to listen. Please please don't go to this place and waste your time.

Went to purchase a small satchel at this Post Office. When the assistant charged me $20.45, I responded “That is not the right price.” The assistant lady looked confused then stated so rudely that was not what she said. Utter rudeness continued on her behalf. I told her to read the reviews online about this Post Office and take note. She told me to find another Post Office to go to. I regret not speaking to the manager as I was in complete shock. This store needs new staff that actually respects the customer. Try to avoid going here if you can!

Express post didn't even drive the van in my street but he put " No One in Attendance " in the tracking. I could See the whole street front frm the lounge at the time he lied to so call attempt delivery which he put as 9:30 am today on tracking sys. I was looking out the windows at the front frm 9 am to 10 am today & my CCTV front cams shows no van at front or express posty entering my gate !!!.I even had it flown to Melb Airport frm Sydney early this morning. A waste of effort. Use private couriers they are 200% more reliable than these lazy amateurs. Sus Aus Post stick to letters only & let the experts handle parcels. What low level lazy liers!!!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, TREAT CUSTOMER NO RESPECT. Was doing my son passport, one of the lady say photo passport no good, form printing to small, got cut off. But I went to Australian passport offce in the city Got no problem with the photo or even with the A4 printing application form. They just bloody lazy, doing the job. We would like to say a huge thanks to the staff at Australia post Cranbourne shopping centre for their excellent customer service. We checked in 10 minutes before closing time for an identity verification for land title registration. However, the staff were more than happy to assist us and they overstayed 10mins past their business hours to complete the verification process. Clearly from the previous reviews, Cranbourne AusPost does not care for customer service. I was told that I could use my student ID to get my keypass photo taken but when I arrived, I was met with the most rude and condescending woman ever who kept refusing me service even though I had proof that she was in the wrong. She even kept prying into my business asking me what I need the keypass for. I’m older than 18, what the hell do you think I need ID for?? For future reference, maybe don’t hire people who are miserable enough to take it out on others.

I've been going to this post office for a long time. Staff are very nice, if you treat them nice they will do the same for you. Very helpful. They taught me how to post items correctly and what the correct sizes are. It's quite busy sometimes but you're never really waiting much longer than 5 minutes. 5 stars for 5+ years!!!

Beware of a rude, angry, unpleasant, miserable employee named Cecilia. Having to work at a post office on a Saturday morning must be a miserable existence, especially if you are incapable/incompetent of doing anything else - but taking that frustration out on customers who are paying for government service is wrong. Australia Post should consider providing her with some training or she should probably consider a change of jobs - maybe a non-customer facing role might suit her well given the lack of people skills she displays.

The line to get served is pretty long. All I needed to do was drop off an express post parcel - I thought there were dedicated post boxes for this but was told I had to drop it off at the counter. Would be nice if there was somewhere in the post office where these could just be dropped off.

I normally wouldn’t name and shame, but the snappy attitude Mineva gave towards myself was unnecessary, I came in to send x2 packages away and had pre paid barcodes on my phone, when I went to show her I received a sigh and grunt as she needed to goto the front of the shop and grab some packages. When she came pack I tried to talk about if she wanted the other barcode but was immediately snapped at once again.

I frequently visit this post office, at lunchtime it does get busy however I've also posted parcels in the morning and later in the afternoon and it was a lot quieter. Their self service machines that they have there is easier and quicker for me when I'm pushed for time. In my experiences in dealing with the staff at this branch I haven't had any issues with them, they been helpful, explaining things to me, and it's good to see that they are not "robot like" when I had the chance to speak to one of the staff (tall blond lady). The only problem I do have is that they at times get really busy but overall pleasant to deal with. KEEP IT UP 😊

Started of well enough. A self serve postal worker asked me if I needed help. So far so good. I got the appropriate packaging to send the parcel C.O.D and was then told by said worker to wait in line to do required extra paperwork. I waited 15 minutes to be served again only to be told Australia post no longer does C.O.D. So the question here is why didn't the other worker inform me of this before I wasted my time and why didn't the other worker know this. Incompetant to say the least

Shaved 4 stars off because of appalling behaviour by one staff,which I witnessed. I was writing on the desk opposite to an older gentleman when this staff (older lady, Asian in appearance) came at him in a very rude, loud andcondescending tone. "Why are you writing there? You're not allowed to write there, can't you see there is a barrier?" (I believe the barrier was in place for social distancing). Again, this was spoken in a very rude and such ugly treatment of a customer, with matching imposing negative body language and facial expressions. Said barrier was not even in place, so how can the customer figure out that he isn't allowed to write in that spot? I felt sorry for the customer, he was meek and even apologized. I was going to berate said staff for her behaviour but she left in a huff. Auspost Cranbourne, perhaps you should look into training your staff on how to treat customers with respect and dignity. I was going to give 5 stars for staff MANI who so was lovely and patient. But this one other staff ruined the experience.

Postie's PURE laziness! I was watching the postie drive up the driveway, it was starting to rain(more like a drizzle barely any rain at all), postie got out of the car, quietly slip the (failure to deliver) card onto the flyscreen door (I was watching through a door camera) and fled so quickly that I didn't even get to yell or open the front door. He clearly made up his mind in the car that he didn't want to look for the parcel and deliver it, wanted to write the card and call it a day. A lot of people want and need a job desperately these days, he or she clearly don't deserve the job. Please take disciplinary action against this person. Update: went to pick up parcel at 12pm under the hot Sun, had to wait 30mins in line for someone's laziness. Fire him/her!
