Unfortunately none of my parcels have been delivered to my address. I recieve a blue parcel card for me to pickup from post office. Isn't it policy for the delivery driver to actually get out of the vehicle and knock on the residence door? Four times ive been home and the postal delivery person has not knocked at my door. Now when someone pays for door to door delivery, they/I expect exactly that....... Totally unacceptable by any standard and hence why only one star rating for Port Sorell Postal service. If there was another carrier, i would use their service instead
