Tried to call 6 times yesterday to ask if they can do my passport application and no one called me back or answered the phone. Went into store today and advised they do not accept this at this store and witnessed worker ignore phone call while I was in stall. Advised to her that this is what she did to myself yesterday and would have been nice if she had answered so I could have gone to another location instead Of wasting my time. Was not even apologised to instead advised its cause of they fax line they have set up in store. Very disappointed, either set up a separate line or remove the number from your site so people don’t waste their time calling all day.

I cannot rate Chi-Chi’s customer service high enough. After a terrible day at work it was so uplifting to be helped by Chi. Quality service, I hope all my packages need to be picked upfront here. Absolutely great 😄😄😄

My parcel was delivered to the wrong person. The lady at the post office delivered my parcel to the someone without checking his/her ID. I don’t know how it can be happened. The lady was so rude and she didn’t try to solve my problem. She also didn’t try to correct her mistake.

Their operating hours are 9am to 5pm. No early bird pickup window. If you have to collect your parcel in 5 days but you work full time IN THE CITY, how do they expect you to do so? Can't even call them to ask if they can hold the parcel.

Went in to collect a registered parcel and expecting to see the grumpy guy but there are new owners there now and they were a lot more customer focussed. Half the shop was being redisplayed so it looked slightly messy but I believe the service will improve significantly with more enthusiastic operators.

He gives the whole company a bad name! I'm Intending to also put in a formal complaint with Australia Post and hopefully something is done about it!

the man who answers the phone is absolutely rude, instead of Being polite and telling me the information he got annoyed and frustrated that I even called to ask if my package was there he didn't even check to see if their store had my package he just told me that " I wasn't calling the right store and that everyone does this, everyone gets confused and you called the wrong store" he eventually decided to track my package but was frustrated that he even decided to go through with it and I could tell because he kept sighing in frustration over the phone.
