Extremely rigid in dealing with the customers, if you have a passport application they will make your life hell. Manager rude and useless.

What a joke. Received a "final notice" in the mail after never receiving a first notice. Oddly enough, I'm a stay at home mom and I'm always home, but I never seem to get a knock at the door, just "sorry we missed you" notices. Anyway, I went in (without my "final notice" because my husband had tossed it over the long Easter weekend, our bad) and gave them my name and said I had some tickets waiting for me. The very slow and stone-faced "Rach" behind the counter went in the back about 5 times acting like she was looking for them and came up with nothing. I kept insisting they had to be there, she insisted they weren't there. Called oztickets a week later asking if they had sent them out. Indeed they had. And sure enough, Rockingham had sent them back the day before I called which means....CLEARLY THEY WERE THERE WHEN I WENT IN FOR THEM. So frustrated. Out another $9 so oztix can resend them. Absolutely bullshit. I just loathe Auspost. They get it wrong far too often. Try harder, please

Refused to take ID Photo for my child without a proper explanation. Their answer was " No, We don't do for baby" and asked me to look for that service in other post shop.
