Worst customer service stand in line for 15 minutes to be told they canât do it come back in 20 come back in 20 minutes they tell you to wait another 10 minutes by then they wouldâve been closed extremely rude and unhelpful the quicker they privatised sucked a lot of them the better

They charge more than couriers and never even scan or deliver parcels. I have closed one of our online stores due to the amount of customers never getting their deliveries or the parcel suddenly appears when a claim is lodged. It's pretty sad when our post is worse than some of the third world countries.
