Yesterday morning I went to the Byron Bay post office to renew my passport, I was greeted warmly by Robyn who was happy to look after me even thought I hadn’t made an appointment. Whilst being served I became unwell and almost collapsed, Robyn very quickly found a chair (for me) and was concerned for my welfare. She quickly completed my paperwork and waited whilst my husband arrived to collect me. Such wonderful caring service please pass on my thanks to Robyn and the staff

Shoutout to Amanda who was SO HELPFUL! Genuinely excellent customer service. Made sure we weren’t overpaying when posting our packages - friendly and chatty - made the process easy and enjoyable.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. A bunch of Karen's with bad attitudes and zero customer service skills work here. Basic tasks seem to be beyond them. One wouldn't even put stamps on my parcel herself and told me at 4:54 that she wouldn't lift a finger after 5pm on the dot because that's exactly the time she gets paid til. If you want to walk out of a place feeling awful - come to this post office.

Ordered 3 packages through Amazon. 1st and last arrived without issue. 2nd one shows delivered over a week ago, but was not in my recipient's PO Box. Cant get a refund from Seller or Amazon. Needless to say, this is on the post office where it was delivered but not given to recipient.

A parcel with tracking arrived for me at the Byron Bay Post Office on 2/1/19. It is now 7/1/19 and still has not been delivered. There is no contact number I can speak to BB Post Office to even ask if I can pick it up. Always seem to have problems with Aust Post up here.
