Small dark place, could use better lighting or signage to tell people it’s open. Staff there rude and mostly impatient with you, especially when you are unsure or have queries about something. Try not to have your parcel/mail delivered there as they take little effort to find it, tell you it’s not there and make you question if you came to the right post office for it.

Absolutely disgusting service! The staff tried to steal my package. I went in and asked for my package. I showed them my drivers licence and they told me there was nothing there for me. I showed them my QR code that said it was there. They refused to scan my code. They told me it wasn't there. They made me call the 13 number three times, which also said it was there. Even when I put the call on loud speaker for then to hear, they said there was nothing there for me. They kept telling me there was no package there under my name at all. Over half an hour later, they were still arguing with me telling me it wasn't there. When I saw it on the shelf with my name clearly written on it in large red letters and pointed it out to them, they accused me of not telling them my name correctly! The disgusting thing about this is they had looked at my package multiple times. They just wanted to take my goods for themselves! Appalling!

All the workers here esp my postie, are just lovely. I'm a country girl at heart so I'm used to being friendly and saying hello etc. ..and my postie reminds me that there are just as friendly people right around where I live. Thank you for all the times you've delivered my mail to my door step. And even doing a second run to my place because it was a hard time for me and they knew that I needed that extra help. God bless you all and thank you for working hard in some of the worst conditions and always with a ☺ smile. ☺ ☺ ☺

Extremely rude and unhelpful A registered package (passport) I sent to a Collinswood address showed in the Aust Post tracking system as "could not be delivered". I checked with my local Post Office what I needed to do, they told me to wait a few days and contact the Collinswood P.O. and get them to return it to me. I tried numerous times to call the Collinswood P.O., the phone was either out of order or off the hook. I drove there, all I wanted to know was what was to happen to my package. I was told it was still in transit and I would have to wait. I asked why the tracking system showed it could not be delivered, I was told that didn't matter, the computer must be wrong and that I should phone 131318. Not having my phone with me, I drove home and called 131318, the message said the package could not be delivered and could be picked up at Collinswood. I went back to Collinswood to find out where the package was, and asked why the online tracking system showed it could be picked up at Collinswood. I was again told I had to wait and to stop complaining. At no time did I complain, all I wanted to know what was to happen to the package. I was again told the computer must be wrong. After further prolonged downright rude interaction from both staff I was about to leave and one of them went to a bench behind the counter and asked my name - the package had been there all the time. This was one of the most humiliating and worst customer service experience I have had for a long time.

Whoever works in this aus post in collingswood, I don't know whether they are owners or workers. They need some customer relationship training. It doesn't matter where ever they come from and need better english education too

Great service is what sets this post office ahead of many others - family feel and ALWAYS helpful. A smaller shop but still has a range of books, small toys, and last minute gift cards. I would recommend and they always are happy to help and if you’re a regular even get to know your name!
