She didn't have to do this. The post office was busy. But she took the time to calmly teach me and tell me about this deal. She is the reason I will continue to take my business to them. Waited for my delivery all afternoon and apparently they couldn't gain access to my fully open house with no fences. No knocks and no bell rings either. I don't think the driver set foot in my yard and instead they market it as "Missed" and left. Staff at the post office aren't any better either. Lazy, rude and very irritating. Went to pick up a parcel earlier which they again "Missed". Had to ring bell multiple times and waited 10 mins only to be told that I couldn't use QR code from the app to pick it up. Apparently I needed the card because the rude lady there didn't feel like using the scanner. How can i get the card if they didn't leave one in the first place.🤦 Not open on Saturdays either. What an absolute joke. Terrible. Zero stars.

Went to collect a parcel. Very efficient and friendly. While there I accidentally dropped my iPhone. I called it an hour later was answered by one of the front counter ladies. Very friendly and helpful in getting returned. Well done and thank you to the staff and the courier driver who handed the phone in. Highly recommend

Staff at the aitkenvale store are very friendly. However, no knocks or rings of the doorbell etc, I wasted my afternoon waiting for a package. I apparently was "missed," and with no card either. The only reason I was aware that my package was redirected was due to online tracking. Not very impressed :/
