2007 I went to this post office to get the passports for my newly born twins. Now the children are 15 years, but this incident keeps coming to my mind. So decided to jot down a comment and erase it from my mind. When I got to the post office, all 3 counters were open and were manned by 3 caucasian personnel aimlessly watching the traffic without a word. I was the only customer waiting in line. They kept me standing for 15 minutes before they asked me to come to the counter. I felt sad about the biased services that they give to foreigners.
