I bought a new phone on Monday 29th November. The price tag said $149 which was $50 off the original price. When I went to pay I was informed that the price was $199 and that the sale signs on several phones hadn't been taken down. Apparently the sale finished on the 25th November. Not happy as it was a Xmas present for my grandson

Was reading these reviews yesterday before going in today to collect something I had an Auspost tracking notification for. Sadly the low scoring reviews are true and the older male was a sour and nasty piece of work, rude and condescending as myself and other staff were unsure as to why I had received the tracking QR code. Never again.

Closes at 5:30pm, Arrived at 4:15pm and told me staff has gone off work cannot mail my governments form. What great professionals... changing their times as they please. It was a Friday so maybe they are eager to get off work?

The oldest one with short grey hair can only boss people around and stare at customer. Never see her do any work, very professional, oh and racist too. lots of the times i arrive 5:25-29 and the door has shut already- very FREESTYLE working environment.

the post office trains these people well to quote a phone number for customer service, to accuse you of being aggressive when you ask them to take feedback to their bosses, to not answer direct questions, to try to walk away. . . . and not assist with a passport renewal
