I went there to lodge passport applications. They looked at the photos and said it's not sharp enough and paper is too thin. Then they asked if I wanted to take a photo there. My photos were printed professionally and exactly as per Passport Office Guidelines. When I asked what's the specifications (resolution or paper weight) they were not able to provide any. When I went to other post office, I was able to lodge the applications without a problem. Please beware of this place if you want your ID or passport done here. Very sad to see this kind of people. Update: I've contacted Australia Post regarding this and they replied, "We’ve addressed your concerns with the Area Manager for the Post Office who will address your complaint and take the necessary action."

Heh, "Morang South LPO" pretty much sums up my experience here... Huge queues, slow service, inconsistent information depending on who you talk to. Two hour wait for a photo is normal, here - last time was because some kid wouldn't stop crying for a passport photo (why they didn't just move them aside is beyond me). I was told on a different occasion to express post a registered envelope without coming back to the counter after filling it out - luckily that didn't sound right to me, it was very important documents. Sorry, I'm just glad this isn't my local LPO. Avoid going here if you can, at least until they clean up their act.

Nothing was to difficult for them. Thank you for your patience and being so understanding. As I stand in the photo line nearing my 40th minute. 2 more people in front of me. So what another 40 mins to wait most likely. 2 people in front have been served in that time. 2 people behind me have left. What an absolute joke. There are others behind counter doing nothing. Do you're job. Ask us what form we need so we can pre fill it while we wait for 1 slow person to photograph us and walk slow people through their form.

I have called this place so many times but they don't bother taking the call. End July 2021 we send one box worth $160 product and $35 worth of Aus post box and till now no response and no communication. I do not recommend this place and such an unprofessional, non responsive business

The asian lady probably from India or Nepal who generally takes care of the photos on the far left of the premises; she gives all wrong information. She was trying to sell me the stamps for full price though she knew I had concession card on stamps; she was looking at my concession and still selling for full price. She is a public servant she is supposed to help and give the right information for people. This is poor quality of service and non professional. She sometimes intentionally delays when there is too much crowd. I have experienced multiple times.

Really bad service. I’ve been waiting in the line for more than 15mins and when it’s my turn. I was just told that I was on the wrong line. But I couldn’t see the sign at all. They put down the curtain and no one can see that’s the sign for identification.

Ridiculous being closed on Saturdays leading up to the busiest time of year! How are we meant to collect parcels???? Dreadful service here and staff just don't care. Used to be amazing before they moved to Westfield many years ago. Service has declined every year but at an all time low now...

Worst Service ever ! We lived in box hill for 3 years and Brisbane in 2 years. Never ever came across such a rude and inefficient staff. We have applied for concession stamps 2 months ago, no response yet. The staff act as if they are extremely busy; but no work getting done. God bless Australia Post !

Service is not the best, but I can tell they're trying, it's the only post office in such a big area and it's a really small place in a shopping centre. They're basically a services job with the added postal baggage, long lines and call wait times, especially since they seem understaffed as well.

Always BUSY!!!!. Only 2 people work and 1 is always stuck with passport handling. Not a good experience. Went to get our passports done, butthe older gentleman who works there wanted to REDO our photos for the whole family when in fact they were accepted at 2 other post outlets just fine! If I can give a lower score than 1 I would.. I have never ever been so miss treated and embarrassed in my whole life.. There was round 5 mins left until closing time and as I still see customers inside I knocked on the door.. A man 'the possible owner' opened the door screamed in my face "We Are Closed" and then Slammed the door in my face. I understand being in customer service that finishing early on a Friday is tempting however, being screamed at and having the door slammed in your face is not acceptable by any standard.

Worst post office in area. Only reason I go there is to get parcels. Always have to wait 20 mins in a queue . Opening times is hard as 9 to 5 means I find it hard to get there and also work Saturdays. Always have to allow half an hour just to pick up a parcel. For the population of the area two staff and one on passports is not enough. Why hasn't it upgraded to automated bill paying like they do in Epping.

Staff are not doing their job well and when you confront them they start making it feel like the customer is at fault. Expected an apology from them but never gotten any but instead accused customer of being rude and not realizing it's their incompetence that makes customer frustrated.

Fairly useless to be honest, the amount of times i've gone their to collect my items only to be told "theres nothing here" then to come back the following week to find out they were there is just absurd. The quality of the customer service isn't anything to ride home about either, it's bad.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. I was shaking I was so mad! Expected a delivery from my brother who lives oversea's. NEVER received a card (later did I find out this was due to no attempts of delivery) After a lengthy and patient wait - decided to call the Post Office help line (who was in fact wonderful) to help me locate my parcel as I was unsure if it had been lost on the way. They notified me it was at the South Morang PO and that I better hurry there as the parcel is due to be shipped back to Amsterdam that very morn. Help Line tried to call them for me and couldn't get through. Advised I should ran down there. Whilst I speed down in a stressful hurry - I was calling NON STOP for 20min - NOT ONE OF THOSE CALLS WERE ANSWERED! Not even the call from the PO Head Office! I asked them why did no one pick up their phones as this was pretty much a time sensitive matter. Their response "Are you calling the correct number" Me: "If it's the one listed on Google and that PO Head Office gave me, YES" (Now another server intervened) "We don't answer it, we put it on silent, as we're usually busy"............seriously? They're so bloody lucky I made it on time! But with NO attempt of delivery, or communication and so blatantly rude with disgusting service. Yep, not impressed!

Terrible and irresponsible customer service, went for lodging passport application before 4pm (one hour before closing time!) , after waiting in a long queue was told the id check can't be done and I have to return the next day again!?😣 How hard it was to just do their job!😠 Then rushed to the Mill park post office, got there at 4:30 pm and having the application lodged in less than 10 minutes.😊 Not recommending even to my worst nemesis!

Disgraceful. Our client paid for a parcel to be delivered to our address. It wasn't delivered. Left a card. I could not attend the PO. First vist my 'agent' made the que was extended out the door of the Shopping Centre out to the foot path. He could not wait. 2nd visit with card duly completed with my name & signature & his full name addressed on the APO card the staff refused to give him the parcel because he lives at a different address. The card does not ask for an address of my 'agent'. I could easily have asked my daughter to pick it up for me. She doesn't live at my address either. What are there's people? Gestapo? I want my parcel delivered. We paid for it to be delivered. We do not have time right on Christmas to make a 3rd trip down to this very disorganised unhelpful establishment.

Never answer their phone. I even tried going through the switchboard person for the shopping centre and they said they are terrible to get through to! Poor customer service.
