Lovely people, wonderful customer service. Had to take my daughter in with me today, (Toddler) to collect a parcel. My toddler was really well behaved, looked around but didn't touch anything, almost her 2nd birthday and the lovely lady behind the counter acknowledged how well behaved she was and gifted my little darling a little plush toy. The gesture was so nice. Definitely highly recommend this post office and staff. Feels very welcoming, the feeling of family and community.

I must say I'm am very disappointed. I've been coming to this post office for at least 6 months . I run a local family business and post products nearly every day . I live in brassall but I came to this post office because I found the owners to be quiet friendly . Unfortunately this isn't the case . I was in there yesterday and posted 2 Parcels and said to the lady I had this box and one on the table over there would you like me to grab it ? Replied yes . I paid for which I thought 2 boxes and postage. And left . They admitted they were so busy yesterday , she obviously didn't hear me or whatever . I spend $500 a month of personal packaging and gift boxes and I take my own boxes in there and if I need a bigger box I will use the post office box and i always have paid for every box I use in the past 6 months I've been coming to this post office. Next day I go back in today send another parcel and get accused of stealing a box that was worth $3 . The women with the short blonde hair and glasses was so very rude to me , she starting yelling at me at the top her voice and I was shocked I didn't even know what she was saying. First she said I took the box away out the door and then she said I didn't, I sent it and didn't pay the $3 . She accused me infromt of customers in the shop which was so embarrassing. Not only did I have a melt down because I couldn't believe what was happening . The blonde lady was screaming over the top of me and wouldn't let me speak. I kept asking her to calm down and let me speak. So definitely handled this mistake communication highly unprofessional and verbally and emotionally abused me. I was shocked. That woman is the most nasty person I've ever meet. Obviously has alot of issues and anger management issues. Anyone knows that if you are a business owner it doesn't give you or anyone else the right to emotionally abuse and verbally abuse customers. Remember be nice to people because you never know what your neighbours going through and you could be the reason someone commits suicide. Some people sre very fragile

Top service and the husband and wife are so NICE They are always friendly and helpful... I also like there son who helps out there as Well alway a nice kid and switch on with the customer's. I love going into this post office as the sell a lot of nice gifts.

Not that chatty with new customers to the area. I get the feeling they like the way it use to be in their community. I can't stand walking into a shop where they are so very nice to the regulars and cold to new arrivals. That always turns me off places like that.

Probably the best post office in Ipswich area. Very friendly staff. Also less busy than Riverlink or Brassall so you usually don't have to wait in a long queue. Conveniently located for me as well.

Useless if you work a 9-5 job, they won't deliver anything bigger than an envelope to your door and you're forced to hassle a friend or a family member during the week to pick up your package because the posties are too lazy to walk past a front gate and leave something at your door.
