In last two weeks two parcels instead of being delivered to my house were dropped at the local post office - "couldn't get access". We are two at home all the time, driveway is open and no-one attempted to deliver parcels. What a lazy, dishonest people working for this organisation. They did not even bother to leave at the mailbox a card advising about the situation and taking those parcels to the post office. Shocking service.

Every parcel that I've had come from here to my area gets an "attempted delivery". Every. Single. One. I know I'm in an apartment but I work from home most days and have never heard my buzzer go off. I usually wouldn't mind because I know it's busy but taking it to the post office that's a suburb over when there's one right next to me makes it so much more irriating. There's lots of great workers at AusPost but the ones who don't even try need to be called out.

It seems I will be amongst the dozens who did not receive their parcels in their "attempt" to deliver it. I was at home all day and they just sent it to the nearest post office out of sheer laziness. When I made a complaint, I was told my address was wrong. Yet I was able to pick it up from my nearest post office with the correct address. Horrible!

Worst customer services in Australia Post offices ever. Sent message and let me collect the parcel, the staff couldn't find it. Next day sent the message to me arrange collection.in the meantime returned the parcel to sender, no communication at all. They really don't want the business, strong recommend leave them.

Having received ton of parcels, but according to my experience, Any parcel that processed at Bayswater facility will for sure be delayed. Snd from Mel to Mel, takes again 5working days and still not arrive.

Not a reflection of their business , more the two employees who blatantly defied Covid rules and don't believe they need to wear masks in take away food outlets. Only reinforces beliefs that the young don't care about infecting themselves or others . Didn't think about possible consequences their actions may cause, extremely selfish and setting a great example whilst wearing the Australia post uniform.

Had a parcel sent to an old address. Delivery folk noticed the house was vacant, returned parcel to the Business Centre and called me. I was able to collect the parcel the next day. Staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and willing to share a laugh with me over my mystery parcel. Love doing business with them

I’m just letting Australia Post have been fantastic during Covid. The guy that delivers our parcel’s etc is just a lovely guy. He always asks about us & how we all are I was rushed to hospital yesterday by ambulance & he ask how I was & my daughter told him & he said tell your mum I hope she’s ok . Just got another parcel & asked again how I was & my daughter said she’s good & home . He said I’m glad your feeing better . Purchased item from Ebay, Australia Post local delivery. - 'Customer not in attendance' - I was home all the time - 'awaiting collection from bayswater post' - not even my local post - no collection card was left at my door. heck, I am sure the delivery man didn't even show up! - no text message / email notification saying my post is arriving today. TERRIBLE SERVICE. what can you expect from Auspost?

Aus post asks me whether I want my large furniture delivery on my door step. I reply yes within 5 minutes. We take our dog for a walk to find they’ve come in that time and left my package in Bayswater! I then get a message to say my response was too late. 5 minutes isn’t late!! That’s a complete lie. Now have to pick up a piece of furniture in a Suzuki Swift. Shocking.

Every time I arrange for a parcel to be delivered to my business address, the driver (not sure if its the same one each time) does not attempt to deliver, does not ring the bell at our roller door or come to reception. I watched a driver today get out of his van and put a parcel notice straight in my letter box and did not even attempt to deliver the parcel. Australia Post you need to carefully review your drivers and ensure they are doing the right thing by your customers, not great customer service.

Delivery Driver didnt even knock at the door. arrived after 5pm left on parcel note to pickup tomorrow drops it off at business hub only to find out its closed on the weekend. Disgraceful. One of the worst, if not THE WORST run business in Australia. I paid double the cost for express delivery and more than a week later it has not turned up at the destination and the tracking information shows nothing. After 1 hour attempting to lodge an enquiry as to where the items are, nobody still has a clue. The Automated telephone service is a complete waste of time and money and it is not possible to even contact them directly. I hope that the competition such as DHL, Officeworks and other similar services take a massive amount of market share off Australia Post and I look forward to the day this Australian Government owned relic is sold off to a hungry private enterprise. Hopefully then, they can sack the useless union controlled morons who have systematically run this white elephant to death.

Delivery service is terrible. They're are so bloody lazy they don't even bother to check if anyone is home. I've been home all day waiting for a parcel only to receive a notice saying pick up at local post office. I know they didn't bother dropping it off as I have 2 dogs that will bark if anyone comes near the door. Disgraceful!!
