I don't understand all the negative feedback. I have been in an area that uses Welshpool before it gets delivered to me for a couple of years now and never had a single problem. The lovely lady that actually delivers the parcels is also a pleasure to deal with. And yes I have a LOT of items delivered.

If I could give a zero for the number of stars, that's what I would have given. I received notification for a parcel delivery on Tues July 5. one that a signature was required for so I spent the day at home, knowing it would be coming. Security camera footage shows that an incompetent delivery person arrived, carried our parcel to the rear of our garage and then walking up to our front door a minute later to place a "You have a Parcel' notice inside the door handle of our fly screen security door. He neither knocked on our door nor rang the door bell within his arm reach of placing the notice. He then walked off, picked up our parcel and headed back to his van before driving off. I am now expected to drive to Welshpool DC to pick up my parcel. I have contacted AUSPOST re the non-delivery and all their response basically said was 'We expect for any recent delivery issues to have already been resolved, if you require further assistance, please respond to this email and a member of our team will be happy to assist.' Well guess what? I have responded requesting further assistance, however, no one has bothered to get back to me. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AUSTRALIA POST...NOT!!!!

Again, having to wait 3 weeks for my package to be looked at and sent. After complaining I get an update. But 5 days on still no package. We pay enough in postage this isn't good enough. I can get parcels from the UK quicker then from NSW.

If I could leave Zero stars, I would! My parcel arrived at Welshpool sorting center in September, it's now October and still nothing. Are there actually any humans that work here or is it a building that parcels just get dumped and never seen again. My husband went to the sorting center to ask for his parcel as we needed it, told they couldn't do that and had to wait for delivery! When, next Christmas!!?? Will be avoiding using Australia post when ordering online as it will all need to go through this post office....

Where do I start? My parcel has been delayed delivery, poor service and takes long time to arrive at home. Still havenā€™t got my package yet for a long time which stuck in Welshpool. I am not pleased with the service for this facility in Welshpool and I hope they can improve their service by being more efficiency and updating. Also to that, they never update the status of my package which can cause confusion and frustration at the same time. People have to report to the seller due to either it has sent to the wrong place or either went lost during the delivery, but the parcel is stuck in this facility for a period of time not moving and we want this sort of issue or problem to be improved next time I order things. Not good AusPost, disappointed in your services!
