The ladies who work at this post office are very nice and polite .If your looking for a quality gift or something for the home...THIS is the place. A tad expensive..Still well worth the look.

I'm off to Laidley PO to collect a package, that was meant to be left at door last week and it didn't need to be signed for. That's a 40 min round trip I can do without! Considering I have already paid for delivery on my package! On the day my husband was at home as I was to. Postie bleeped horn to houses either side of us, then we saw him as he drove past us. And to top my anger, there was a card found on road outside our house, postie hadn't even bothered to put it in our mail box. No use complaining to Aus Post, they ignore you. Yet they were extremely quick to send me a survey to ask how I liked their service, on a package I never got, and if I would recommend them. Australia Post. NO!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES. 😡😡👎👎

By far one of the worst LPO'S in Australia!! Refusing to deliver packages to customers who fork the extra dollars for delivery to their homes. I'm am absolutely appalled with this post office and the way they treat their customer base.

A number of items not delivered. they did make it to the post office but went missing with the postman??? No help form the post office in fact they were extremely rude and fobbed me off, obviously the post man for Range crescent is a family member or friend. No help from the complaints department for Australian post so now to the Ombudsman I go. All mail now is sent to be "picked up from the post office due to theft"
