How does this company keep getting business with this level of service? They are a parcel delivery company that seems to fail to deliver parcels with any reliability. Quicker to get a parcel from the US, than from Sydney to Adelaide. 9 days Sydney to Adelaide. Web site tracking doesn't give updates. No response to emails. We can only hope that their restructuring improves things. Had another very poor experience with Aramex.... over 3 weeks for a parcel delivery from Brisbane to Adelaide, it apparently went via Perth! Will not make purchases from companies using Aramex now.

Finally got my parcel.... Had to break the box to open the front door... they didn't knock and I didn't sign for it, but they lied and said it was signed for.... Why leave it wedged up against an opening outward door.... Will be steering clear of any companies that use them.... and I'll be messaging this company and letting them know. The thing I hate the most are liars.... Your delivery driver today is a liar!

" It's Aramex here, we have a parcel for delivery to your address. However, your parcel is oversize and unfortunately, undeliverable. You will need to collect from our SA depot. If no reply within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. Kind regards, Aramex" This is how they deliver parcel. If it is oversize why these guys collected it from the sender. There is no delivery basically. You need to collect from their depo all the time. They are a shame for Australia

Worst delivery service. I refuse to buy anything from people who use this service. I've had something sitting in Victoria for over a week with no updates and today at 8.20am I was told it was on board for delivery. At 8.21am I was told "sorry we tried to deliver but you weren't home". How about giving people notice that you're coming. Like more than a literal few seconds. Even when they know I'm home and they have literally waved to me, by the time I get to the door they have driven off and just left a card. Absolutely ridiculous

Thank you for caring. I live on a busy and exposed road. I wasn't home when the delivery driver arrived, so rather than leave my large and expensive parcel in full view. They left a calling card for me to collect it safely from the depot. Well done.Very happy š

In my experience (and many others it seems) Aramex has distinguished itself as the worst courier service in Australia. If you value whatever goods you wish to purchase online, I strongly recommend determining what courier / post service they use and NOT buying from them if they use Aramex. 0 / 5 stars

Requested a parcel to be delivered to my work office. Mentioned in delivery notes to leave at reception. Instead Amarex delivered the parcel at 7:15am and left it in some bushes next to a busy footpath. Good way to have hundreds of dollars worth of goods stolen. Luckily another office workers saw it and took it inside.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Donāt even bother contacting them, they will give you a generic response that provides no help whatsoever. Have emailed on three seperate occasions to get an estimated delivery time only to be told they have no clue. Avoid at all costs

I have a dark life! After a package for half a month, the doorbell did not press the phone to make a text message or sent me Undeliveraable to the depot. The customer service was pulled. But can not Guarantee ", I was in a hurry, he also ignored it. As for this service, he dares to call himself" the best service "? Intersection Intersection Hurry up and go down :)

Horrible horrible horrible service. Said package was on board for delivery on a Thursday, waited all day nothing Friday nothing weekend nothing finally came on Monday. The delivery driver as per the security camera was on door exactly for 22 secs. Ran to the door rang the bell and ran straight to the car. My wife ran to him as we really needed the package. The service for your company is so bad we contacted the company who use you as a delivery partner to consider changing back to aus post. Nothing will change of this review but at least people will know they not alone dealing with such horrible service provider.

Absolutely useless. I've been trying to get in contact with them about a package in transit and the do not respond. I've used the website, the messenger app and tried to call. If I could give less than 1 star I would. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER!

Second time to have a Kogan order delivered by Aramex. First time took more than 1 month from Melbourne to Adelaide and second faster but in both cases had to collect from depot which is only open during weekdays and is 1 hour return drive from city. Buyers beware of Aramex being assigned to deliver online purchases! I will avoid in future.

I was so disappointed when I found out the seller I bought from use Aramex. As I expected, ad they always do, the delivery guy never knocked on my door, I worked from home on the day just to receive the parcel. Ended up have to travel to their depot 25 mins from my place. Every single time, if you find out your parcel is being delivered by Aramex, good luck.

I wouldn't even give this one star except google makes me give it at least one, this is the worst, and most unprofessional delivery service known to mankind. Firstly the driver didn't even ring the doorbell and just chucked the slip in the letterbox and sped off, didn't even give me the chance to collect. THEN you go on the terrible website and it doesn't even provide any accurate location details as to where my parcel is or where to collect it simply says "Adelaide" I tried E-Mailing, no response, I tried the IM function on the website, no response. FINALLY I CALL AND FIND OUT THAT MY PARCEL IS ACTUALLY IN PORT ADELAIDE AND I NEED TO GO AND COLLECT IT MYSELF WHAT IS THE POINT OF GETTING SOMETHING DELIVERED IF I NEED TO TRAVEL AN HOUR OUT OF MY WAY TO GET THE THING IN THE END. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER

I was home all day, within ear shot of my front door. They came, there was no knock at my door, and they left a card in my letterbox with no handwritten information on it. All I could make out from the print was that it was ready for collection at the depot. I researched where the depot was (this wasn't easy) and it has been left in Gilman, Adelaide which is almost an hours' drive from my home. Not happy with this company. Also, the phone number provided has an ongoing loop message - nobody is available. AND the online CHAT system, seems to have this same dilemma (ongoing loop communication with a robot!).

Good luck with Aramex. Don't deliver when expected, or say they tried but you weren't home, even when you are. They also don't contact you before delivery. Never had these issues with other couriers.

Absolutely terrible service and no idea where my parcel is. Their tracking service is not updated and nobody is responding to the online enquiry. Even found a number and rang but it never gets to a person to talk to. Giving even one star is generous.

Don't ever use. Purchased a couch.... Took three months to deliver. The company I purchased from had to refund me. Purchased a bed... Over three weeks and still no bed. Reported to open pay, Bunnings, Aramex and ACCC. Want dodgy couriers? Choose Aramex. Absolutely disgusted

I always fear when I see Aramex as the courier. Complete uncertainty with them. I think your package doesnt leave the depot until the truck is full, thats why sometimes its 10days delivery or 3days. I feel for their drivers, nice dudes but probably cop a heap of flack. One package we had took 25days. No actual phone number to speak with anyone, and the phone number that I found just repeatedly said go online, and online support was absolutely no help. I get it as a budget/cut-price courier there would be delays etc, but I think letting people know the delays, with better tracking would go further than repeatedly letting customers down. Update April 23: Another parcel that took 12 days to deliver

NEVER USE this company, every time I see a parcel is being delivered by them I cringe and immediately know itās never going to be on time, lost or delayed. Why do businesses continue to support this company by giving them business? If you care about your customers find a reliable courier, this place is a joke. See (pictures below) another parcel delayed and sitting the depot for 3 days .....how hard is it to actually do what your business says it does !

Very disappointed... I had a delivery coming today. In the email it was stated that if no one was home then the parcel will either be left in "a safe place "or taken back to the depot. When I arrived home the parcel was literally sitting halfway in my driveway for everyone to see..... Lucky I wasn't gone long or I wouldn't of had a parcel to come home too.. completely unacceptable.

After reading all the reviews I was terrified my package would never come and started to really worry, however it did come and was delivered on a Saturday morning in perfect condition by two friendly and polite delivery men, I just thought Iād put this here because sometimes often you hear when youāve done a bad job but nothing when youāve done a good job, so Iām letting you know GOOD JOB, keep it up, by the way Aramex got the package from India to Adelaide in 10 days, thatās pretty good

Excellent service. Was difficult to find a human to speak to about my package that went to an old address. I went through to accounts and they found my package had been returned to the depo and were able to deliver the next business day.

This is the worse company i have ever dealt with. They have my parcel from last 25 days and the parcel is sitting at their depot in Adelaide with no update when the gonna deliver it . I am travelling overseas before Christmas even explain to them on call on whatsapp chat but they donāt care and they are not responding to my emails , texts. This is the worse company in the world.

You question them and now they deliberately hold onto your parcel at the depot...I guess this is out of spite (childish behaviour), but you get what you pay for really. Why do businesses keep using this poor quality company? Staff seem to be not smart enough to answer enquiries, just parrot scripts. As consumers, we need to start leaving bad reviews for companies who use the poor service this place offers, maybe then things might change. The reviews others are leaving seem to be a common thread

I was waiting 2 weeks for my parcel to be delivered from depot. When asked when I will get it the person that I chat with couldn't answer. When wanted to collect he said that they cannot find it in the pale. Parcel was delivedred 2 days after without letting me know that courier will come. Luckily my wife was at home. Aramex, I think it's time to hire second courier.

There should be no worse express delivery in the world. After checking, it turned out to be a company in Saudi Arabia. No wonder the package went to Dubai. What about a listed company? If you are Chinese and want to buy things from Taobao in China and send them to Australia, then you must not use Tmallās official collection, because it is contracted to this company for transportation. There are other online stores. Before placing an order, it is best to ask the seller if they use this courier company. If so, then donāt buy it. I bought a camera lens from ccc warehouse, shipped it from Hong Kong, and arrived in Sydney in two days, and then there was no update in Sydney for a week, and I couldn't contact their people in any way. There are big problems with the operation of this company in Australia, and against the backdrop of it, Australia's local express delivery is simply good and unscrupulous.

Every single time Iāve ordered from Aramex Iāve had a problem. Itās gotten to the point where if I knew my parcel was coming with Aramex I wonāt order it anymore. Iāve been waiting for my parcel for months and still donāt know where it is. When I try to track it it says in transit but then in the current activity it says itās been returned to sender, Iāve sent multiple emails and heard nothing back, and I donāt even want to hear anything about the live chat because Iāve been sitting on live chat for half an hour, it says provide my tracking number which I do and then the ālive chatā goes dead. No response. I call the help line and no one answers, Iām sure if I drive all the way down to their adelaide branch the building will be burnt down. Aramex is absolutely hopeless and at this point seems like a myth.

Very disappointed in your service. Delays, delays, delays. No communication re delays. My parcel needs only to travel a very short distance (57kms) yet itās going to be weeks until I receive it. I realise you have a staff shortage but you still shouldnāt promise a 3-4 days delivery when you canāt actually do it. Definitely wonāt be using your company again. I would have preferred to give you 1/2 a star

1 star is quite generous in my experience (and/or lack of.) We were all home because of iso, one calling card were left and apparently no one was home. Another tracking says, theyāve tried again. Rubbish. Eventually, my husband had to pick up item from depot. Come on Fastway. Get your act together. You used to be dependable. What happened?
