Went in to pick up a parcel that was supposed to be delivered, but wasn't. Now I will admit that I was frustrated, but I went in with the right attitude because it's no fault of the staff behind the counter. Now this is what happened at the counter after I had received my parcel I asked (politely) why it wasn't delivered to the address on the package, which I think is a fair question to ask The woman behind the counter was rather blunt and rude from the get go and replied something about if it's a business address our drivers don't go knocking on every door to find the right place. So I then asked her (again politely) Is the delivery driver illiterate, slightly vision impaired or just plain old lazy ? Because there is a rather large letter box outside the premises which has the number on it and Australia Post regularly puts mail in this box She then mumbled something that I couldn't quite make out, so I said sorry I didn't here you, what was that. And that's when I got a really weird look with a facial expression that I could only describe as disturbing So after this rude behaviour, I figured it was time for a little intelligent sarcasm without being obnoxious and rude So I picked up my parcel and I said (yep, again politely) you do realize that we live in a technologically advanced world and it's the year 2022. The smart cookies have invented a device called GPS, and another device called a mobile phone equipped with google maps, both of these devices will guide you to an address should you bother to use them. Then I said have a nice day and enjoy your weekend and walked out. At the end of the day there was no need to be rude at all and display such a bad attitude This was from a more mature, bigger build dark skinned woman working the parcel counter If you the culprit happen to read this : # Your customer service skills need a major overhaul # If you were my employee and I heard you treating customers as you did me today, I would terminate you on the spot

I was given my ID back and asked to leave for a delivery that was handed to the wrong person ... I found out that this is NOT a processing facility for parcels. This is just another Postshop and Ć  business centre for business customers. This is a collection point for parcels sent to the Post Office. I hope this helps.

Hello, I sent parcels through Winnellie Post Office and they have not as yet arrived in Victoria. Some of the boxes where not Australian Post boxes and so they cannot be tracked. This is an open invitation to thieves operating as workers. ALL BOXES NEED TRACKING NUMBERS. As a teacher at Ramingining relocating to Victoria I am devastated. Sent out from Ramingining on the 24th and 27th September 2021 to Victoria.

They are open reasonably good hours , and offer a range of packaging equipment , if you need to send a parcel , they do passport photos , ( if it's busy book in advance if you need them at peak times )and such like -they have mail boxes / po boxes and area for larger packages around the back .I thought the staff where helpful and friendly , they were a little busy so I'd expect a delay if you go at peak times ,

Atrocious performance. Two days in a row scheduled deliveries were no shows yet claimed "Attempted delivery - No one in attendance". We now have to go to the depot to pick up the packages. My partner was home all day and quite clearly the packages were never delivered. The workers are able to blatantly lie about the delivery with no consequences. Very low level of professionalism and I see no incentive for them to improve.

Drivers licence sent by MVR to PO Box 12/06. No show. Customer service @ Aus Post wanted to know if tracking number used. Not sure how I would know the answer to that as I didn't send the item? No way to check or follow-up without tracking number. Primary source of ID, no way to check @ post office if been placed in incorrect PO Box. Fairly sure MVR would be a major client, wonder how much this is costing people in replacement fees, calls and time wasted. Not happy AusPost

By far the worst postal service I've come across! Staff are extremely rude and will not help out their customers. Parcels that have been paid for delivery to a home address are never delivered even when people are home ALL DAY at the delivery address. Every time I go to pick up said parcels from winellie post office it is a issue, even with I.D., and staff do their best not to give you your goods. Disgusting service with absolute zero help from staff

They aways scan my item too late in the day for my customer to pick up till next day. I use Express Post to get my item there as soon as possible Shipping live insects, reduced travel time is essential. They don't give a hoot. Can't give them no stars unfortunately.

Tracking advises my parcel arrived at Winnellie PO on the 13th, on board for delivery 6 days later then back at Winnellie PO the same day without any attempt to deliver. It is now the 25th. Attempting to talk to a staff member on the phone is impossible. So now I have to find time around work and kids to trek to Winnellie to fine out where it is. Appalling service.

They checked lost property, told me it wasn't there, declared it lost in transit (even after the auspost app had told me it was processed at winnelie) then tried to tell me 'for future ease of tracking get the app' as if I somehow had control over the situation. I understand it's christmas but it's still your job Darwin isn't a big city.

It is unbelievable how rude they are in this facility. Iā€™ve had to deal with them a couple of times and each time they have been rude, unhelpful and without a doubt unhappy that I asked for help. Today I could hear them talking and complaining about me in the back, while I was waiting. Their system didnā€™t want to print my return label so I asked if I could send it via email, I donā€™t have a printer at home and it says on the label to just go to the post office and get it printed. As I said, while I was waiting I could her them complaining why I went to their post office and not to the one closer to my home. Well maybe I work in the area, or maybe I had other business near by. It shouldnā€™t really matter why I chose this branch. This type of behaviour is so far away from what customer service should be. Again!!!

After half an hour in line she finally agreed that 2 different item for 2 different track number. One found and one still missing. To the delivery guy who is responsible about delivery in Aralia ST,RapiCreek 0810,please don't be lazy about delivery and try to deliver mail to level 2 and don't leave card in box without trying to go upstairs and knock the door to deliver the mail,you do that always,today Im home and the door was open and never seen you.
