My parcel has been out for delivery in my suburb since 3 days. I now get a text message that I need to pick up my parcel from Burnside, which is half an hour away from my home! I called the Centre and they admitted that the parcel did not get delivered because the driver ran out of time to deliver it! They have never even attempted delivery. They’ve said they can put in a request for re-delivery, but there is no guarantee. And if I want the parcel to go to my local post office, there is an extra $7 charge. Zero customer service from this centre and Australia Post!

Cant believe that my parcel keeps going out for delivery but then goes back to depot to be delivered again next day. My deliveries are always near the end of the day so it keeps getting bumped each day. Aust Post you need serious help or better management staff.

I have been waiting since Monday (14/11) afternoon for delivery of my parcel. The tracking site shows everywhere except to my address. I now believe that my parcel's failure to arrive at my suburb, which is not that shown on the tracking site, is not the fault of the Australia Post delivery driver but the carelessness of an employee at David Jones' warehouse in Sydney - another person's address label on my parcel. Let's hope the person is honest and returns my order!

This place appears to be completely useless. They have had my express post item sitting at the facility for almost 10 days now. I called AusPost where they sent a work order to action the delivery within 48 hours, nothing happened. They also mentioned that it had a delay note added due to "road closure" (absolutely no road closures in the area). By putting down a delay it seems to automatically buy them 14 days to deliver the item, and AusPost support has advised there is nothing they can do until those 14 days is up. From other reviews it seems to be a common problem with this place.

Oh boy do I hate this “business centre” the entirety of the staff is rude (with the exception of Isla who seems to be new & is still lovely) forever losing parcels, they don’t care, they’re rude & obnoxious. Have never had a good experience with this centre, asking for stamps is a hassle. Was told “you can buy them online meaning you won’t need to come in” firstly that’s your job to sell me stamps, I won’t be paying $15 postage when I can instead be abused by staff for existing 🥰
