After reading various reviews about this place I was definitely expecting something awful.However instead I found a busy activity with people doing their job and working through the queue as best as they could.They were matter of fact but they were getting the job done and friendly as well. The service at the center itself is good, but my complaint lies with the driver(s) who now for a second time have not left a card after attempted delivery. In both cases I didn't even know there had been an attempted delivery until later when I happened to check the tracking # and it says "Parcel at Seaford Business Centre". Secondly, why is my package not left at a closer LPO (there are 2 or 3 closer) - I have to drive 10+ mins to this place.

This is the worst attitude and behave i had ever seen in my life. I reckon Australian post HQ are very satisfying with this massive negative reviews and prize them as like keep them doing , annoyed people, behave rude and don’t help them at all. Do you know what is funny , there is says RESPECT our member is totally rubbish, this branch members not deserve any respect at all.. if you wish respect to your employees you have to teach them how to respect.

Australia post lost 3 parcels that I purchased from eBay, The last tracking update showed 1 of the parcels was in transit to Seaford, I went down to ask if I could pick it up they where rude and said it’s not here without even looking. Now 2 months has passed and no parcels they have more than likely stole them. You can’t tell me 3 parcels can disappear of the face of the earth! I will never use Australia post to send anything and will never make a purchase from someone using them. Beware every one you may never receive you items with Australia post!

Useless. They "attempted delivery" without leaving a card. On multiple occasions. Sometimes they just take the " delivery" straight to a post office for pickup and you have to chase them up to find out where your parcel is to you can then arrange to go and pick it up yourself. Really leave you wondering what you pay Australia Post for since they they are so inconsistent in actually delivering anything. Just useless "service" from these clowns.

Thanks to the two women behind the counter who served me on two visits to Heversham Road, as I tried to track down a small parcel. And then to the Austin Road postie who went out of his/her way to deliver it once it was found. All very helpful and most appreciated.

I'm constantly making complaints to Auspost about the parcel delivery to my address. Always the same thing, home at the time and they drop off a card and make no attempt to knock or ring the door bell. I'm sure the cards are written before they leave the depot. It's quicker and easier to just drop off a card than to wait a minute or 2 for the door to be answered and then go and fetch the parcel out of the van. Courier then doesn't take it to the nearest post office he takes it back to the Seaford Business Centre, convenient for him not for us. Truth be known the parcels are probably never put in the van in the first place.

After reading all of the poor reviews dating back to 2018, I'm not sure why this LPO is still running so poorly and why changes haven't been made. Serious improvements need to be made to this distribution center. Unfortunately I have my own negative experience to add. For the second time now I've had a parcel delivered to the wrong address when the correct adress is clearly labelled on the package? When I've gone to the LPO to pick it up, the driver hasn't dropped it back yet and I am given no estimation of when that might be, just a blunt 'i dont know- its not here' and staff have walked away from me mid conversation. Such poor customer service and I'm really not aure how the delivery person can't deliver to the right adress, if this wasn'ta a package that required a signiture, it would be lost. Visited twice today to try and retrieve my package and wasn't helped both times.

I applied for a job here, i have a clean driving record with no loss of point in 5 years, have never lost my licence, yet they denied my application on grounds that my driving record wasn't acceptable. They then put the same job up saying they urgently needed delivery drivers.

I'm not sure why but my parcel ended up here, a long way from my address, possibly due to the weight? Customer parking is almost non existent because this is a major distribution centre for working staff, not sure why it's a pickup location? A man served me, showed him the QR code from the app, wasn't interested in using the system. "License please", "what's the delivery address?, here you go". Never asked to covid check in, no manners, no thank you, they seem very unhappy to be there.

The young rude girl working behind the counter today you are there to serve the CUSTOMERS which means CUSTOMER SERVICE though you have no idea, but you certainly know how to be rude !!!!!! I think you should have a good look at yourself and be greatful you have a job and are busy !!! There are lots of people out there that would gladly take your job.

Today I went to collect a couple of packages from Seaford business hub. I tried to tell the guy how many packages I had by showing him the msgs I’ve received from auspost but he literally didn’t listen at all, just took my license and went out the back WHILE I WAS SPEAKING. As predicted he forgot one of my packages so I had to go back. However, before I went I called 131 318 just to make sure it was there and the lady on the phone told me that my package was waiting at Seaford business hub. I approach a different guy this time once I arrived and showed him the tracking number on my phone (it was a screen shot so it said it didn’t arrive yet) but instead of listening to me he persisted that my package wasn’t there without even checking anything at all. I could barely get a word in as I was trying to tell him to check the tracking number on his system. I can’t believe how horrible the customer service here is! Can someone do something about this? HELLO AUSTRALIA POST!!

Whilst the staff here were helpful, they were unable to explain why my express post parcel was there instead of delivered to my house. Telling me there would have been an attempt made (there wasn't ) and making excuses. The counter staff are not responsible for the actions of the courier so I let it go - this time.

Would give minus stars if option was available . Fail to deliver and just place an attempted delivery card in letter box even though I was waiting at home for parcels. On the one occasion a delivery was made, the parcel was thrown over the gate almost hitting my bedroom window. Was found 3 days later in a garden bed in the rain. Customer service is way down the list on their priorities. Going by all the negative reviews on here and social media I'm far from surprised that people are fed up with them and rate them poorly. If you make a mistake and actually order something from them they will cancel your order and then tell you sorry but you can drive well out of your way to visit a store to buy the item that should have been delivered to you.

Zero stars. Past 4-5years have seen countless AusPost 'deliverers' from this depot pull up in their vans at our residential letterbox, toss an 'attempted delivery' card in and then drive away before we can get outside. They usually do this without even getting out of the van. The most infuriating thing is, the majority of our packages are no larger than a fat DL envelope and will easily fit into our large letterbox. IF when on the exceedingly rare occasion that an actual delivery is made, the parcel or box will be left at the front door exposed to the elements in full view of all & sundry and easily accessible to any passer-by DESPITE clear instructions to leave packages undercover at the rear !!! Happy for deliveries to be scheduled less often, but just do your firetrucking job AusPost.

If you have a parcel to pickup from here you are not allowed inside the building. You have to go around the side of the building and press a doorbell at a window. Then someone comes and gets your ticket and shuts the window on you and comes back with your parcel. It is covered but still outside so it's freezing cold and it makes you feel like your not good enough to be inside. What a stupid idea. Whoever thought of it should be fired.
