I would put zero star. It is the poorest service. They should make sure the people who's receiving people there have the good formation. People who is receiving should be able to know something about the system and more. They shouldn't be there to attack client like nothing and cannot give you the information you want and the worst they treat you like nothing. You are not welcome there. They are the boss there and you should accept everything from them. Most of them don't deserve to work on reception, put them away.

Definitely the worst aus post collection centre I’ve experienced in my life. Staff look like they want to die, such poor and depressing service. I had just moved and hadn’t had time to change my new address yet and one of the staff members made me cry and then laughed at me. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Incredibly poor service. Do the best you can to avoid using their services if you work full time, as they are only open weekdays during 9-5. This is on top of the fact their posties don’t bother attempting delivery, causing every delivery to be manually collected during an annual/sick leave day.

Bad but not like by accident. It's mostly malicious and on purpose. Really enjoyed showing up to find it's not even open on Saturdays anymore. Their staff should just dump parcels on the street as it's now impossible to find time in work hours to pick them up. I wish Amazon delivered contact lenses then it wouldn't matter

They are friendly and polite at the post office but it’s the third time since December that the drivers have not bothered to ring the bell to find out if we’re home (which both myself and my partner were, because we are working from home). Took it straight to this post office which, once we’re back in the office, we won’t be able to collect from unless one of us literally takes a day off work as they are only open during business hours and no weekends. Really needs to be sorted out.

Dishonest delivery driver that never showed up and item now awaiting collection. I have been at home the whole day waiting for my delivery and my doorbell camera and front security camera didn't pick up any "attempted delivery" despite Austpost tracking saying it happened. No missed delivery card was left as well as obviously no one came. Contacted Auspost and they said they don't do re-deliveries even when the fault lies with them. Extremely disappointed and felt like I paid full price delivery to have it delivered half way only.

What's happening to Australia Post?! It's the typical case now that the drivers do not bother delivering the parcel even we are open for the whole day after receiving the delivery SMS notification. They didn't even drop the collect card this time, and I had to wait for days before finding out it was in DC. Cost me $20 for the Uber trip and one hour from work. Hopeless!

Incredibly disgusting treatment. Picking up parcel on behalf of work colleague, I had the wrong delivery address on the card which was my colleague's fault, and he forgot to sign. Forgivable mistakes. I went back to my workplace, got his signature and correct address, drove back to the post office, only to be accused of forging his signature and they refused to serve me. I had my colleague on the phone and the attendant refused to talk to him. I asked to speak to the manager. This guy WAS the manager. If you can avoid using this post office, do so. Accusing someone of forging a signature when they didn't is as low it is gets.

Aus Post's mediocrity can be fully experienced here. Lodged 4 complaints over the last 2 yrs. No action. Most packages are taken directly to the DC without delivery attempted although they will later claim that delivery was attempted but that the intercom wasn't working or there was no response. Plenty of excuses to choose from.

Very unprofessional service. Most of my online item deliveries I have to collect from their office. Even though I stay at home to collect parcel delivery, either delivery guy doesn't ring the bell or doesn't even wait for my answer to the bell and leave. Very disappointed with this kind of service.

I'm normally very happy with AP parcel services, and have a parcel locker. Today I got a message that all lockers were full and I have to collect in person. Only problem is the Hawthorn DC closes at 5PM, so I now have no way to get my urgent parcel today. This defeats the purpose of having a parcel locker!! Why can't the bigger DCs stay open until 7PM, so normal people that work until 6 can get the parcel on the day it arrives?

Useless trading hours. The guys in the counter are very friendly, however, the shipping service is the worst ever. Many issues with them; missing parcels, parcels dropped in the wrong mail box, collection cards missing, broken envelopes.
