This Post Office is the most helpful and knowledgeable and friendly that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The owner and all staff are excellent at their job and know all of the rules and tricks of how to send parcels and mail successfully. We have been dealing with them for over 20 years and have never had a problem and the staff will go out of their way to assist all customers.

Don't renew or submit passport applications here. I went to get my passport renewed here and they said the Passport Office wouldn't accept my photos because they were low quality even though I followed all photo requirements on the passport website and printed them in the way the Passport Office has set out. They suggested that they do my passport photos there because it'll get accepted. I took my renewal application to the Niddrie post office who submitted it no problem. I received my passport today from the Passport Office with the photo that this post office rejected. I suspect this post office wants to get extra revenue from the passport photos because they rejected my children's application as well for similar reasons.

An excellent Australia Post outlet; located at the back of the newsagency; just walk through the store to the back; it gets busy, but the staff are very efficient and the wait is not too unbearable; the staff are always very polite and helpful.

My family send me money via Western Union from overseas and needed this money urgently. Because I was going to use this money for buying a new car and the first rent payment and deposit for the house I will rent. But I could not buy the car and rent the house because one of the employees did a wrong transaction. After the transaction they said that the money is gonna be clear in half an hour on my bank account but it didn't. I did the same transaction at Moonee Ponds post office at the same day. And there the money instantly got into my account . Then I went to post office and tried to explain my situation but they didn't do anything and didn't accept their mistake. Always they said that they can't do anything and the people I spoke to were so rude to me instead of being helpful and then I called the post office customer service and they confirmed that the transaction was done wrong, but they said they could not cancel it because the money was already sent and I had to wait 2 to 5 business days. Can you believe that!!! So I have money but I could neither buy the car for a wrong transaction they did, I lost my deposit for the car, nor couldn't I rent the house. A mean I can't use my money. Next week I'm gonna go to court and sue them. They seriously victimized me. They have to cover my loses. How will they do that I don't know but. Everyone has to do their job properly. Nobody should be a victim because of someone's mistake or if there is a mistake this should be fixed

Spent over 10 mins trying to find a package I have a delivery slip for. Telling me it's not in their system, That's it's some kind of postal anomaly. Low and behold I can spot my own package behind the counter. The package wasn't even supposed to be left at the post office, it was not signature on delivery, small, and could be left in the post box. Thanks for nothing. 0/10

Always have a positive experience and have been going here as my local post office since the main one closed ages ago. Helpful when i'm not sure of a process eg passport renewal or overseas parcel. keep up the good work

I came in 15mins to close on a Saturday needing to sort out my passport. Lovely guy working in there was very helpful and fixed my paperwork that I had messed up. It is a busy post office so I didn't expect it to get it done but felt relieved to have the staff help me.

I never received my packages! Not once! Not even a notice! Few of my packages were returned back so I had to pay more for the shipping costs!! One time, i knew my package was there (again, with no notice) so I went to get it and they said it's not there just because they were lazy to find it. I waited there until they find it and they did find it in the end. They make me don't wanna shop online anymore because i know i'll never receive my stuff!!
