Friendly service to pick up parcels. A bit weird the parcel locker is located inside the shop and not accessible after 5pm until the shop reopens. They should extend the open hours to 7pm to allow people who can't be there during the office or put the locker outside the shop.

why would u have a 24/7 parcel locker thats only available 9-5 on weekdays??? this isnt even a post office at least open a little later so people have more than 4 hours once a week to collect their stuff

Finally we have an AusPost parcel collection centre in Waterloo. It’s long overdue! Just wish it was a fully functioning post office as well as a parcel collection facility.

I am expecting a package posted on the19th of this month in Sydney. Today is the 26 and I checked the track number this morning and it is still not due for delivery. Considering the proximity between Sydney and Newcastle where I live, it is hard to believe that it would take such a long time. It could have gone around the world and be back in Newcastle a few days ago. I rate Australia Post with only one star and this is because I can’t give a zero.

The parcel collection timing not good at all, unable to pickup, if change to 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm even just once a week would be easy to pickup parcels. i would happy to pickup from strawberry post office as they are open until 6pm

It’s great to have a parcel collection point but it’s not a normal post office. U can’t post, only collect. Just putting that out there so no one comes here for that like I just did 😑

The attitude of the staff was extremely rude. I met a male employee whose colleague accidentally brought my parcel first and then he lost his temper with me saying I was wasting his time and almost yelled at me to make room, saying I'm the one who's interfere with his service to other customers🙄. And then when he saw other local white customers, he then became super polite. What a coincidence 🙄.
