Why don’t the delivery drivers knock on the door or ring the door bell? Or just leave the parcel? I work full time from home and would have answered. Instead I’m left with a card for a place that’s only open 9-6? This is unbelievably frustrating.

It's quite convenient to be able to have the parcels delivered to the lockers directly for free. Pickup anytime. Just register online to get an address to use for delivery. Enter code sent to mobile phone to unlock the locker. The inside is a little small and there are often long queues for parcel collection. Car park available but can get full quickly during rush hours.

Absolute joke that it is only open 9-5 week days. Pre covid you could actually pick up parcels at times that work for the average person. How are people who work full time supposed to pick up their parcels?

Not sure why they always send me the card instead of dropping my parcel to my home when I am still home.. so worst people to deal with. They are rigid and rude.
