Unacceptable costumer service. It was still 10-15 mins until the closing time and they already closed all the thing and said they won’t do it because they can’t finish entering the details within 10 min. What about just putting down the close time as 4:45 then?

I’m not a happy customer, I received a message notifying me that my package would arrive today, I waited all day for my parcel only to check my mail box to see a delivery card stating I wasn’t home which I was. i live in Parafield Gardens and instead of sending the package to a near by post office it gets sent to the city 🤬 I’ve been waiting for this parcel for a month and now I have to travel to the city to collect it. Sorry. Had to write this review in hopes that this feedback can improve your service levels. An organisation such as Aus Post should really train their staff better to provide an acceptable level of service. Delivery person rang the doorbell and could not even wait 1 min. My wife ran from the kitchen and was at the door in a minute and he was already back in the van. The package was left BALANCING on our pedestrian gate. Quite a feat as it is very narrow at the top. This is an expensive Smart Speaker. If it had fallen, damage would be irreversible. My wife asked why he could not even wait 1 minute. And he literally YELLED at her saying he had a lot of deliveries to finish off. This behaviour is totally unacceptable - especially for Aus Post. And this has happened before a few times previously. Also balancing parcels on top of the gate. Is this something Aus Post trains their delivery people to do? If I could, I would give no star rating. Very bad attitude. And no professionalism. Total disregard for the safety of the package/parcel. Tracking Number: 33XAF0109114
