Came to send a package at 4:12pm. Everything was packed up and the doors were locked, no lights on. No extra notices stating Covid times. Nothing but issues with this location including a complexly destroyed first copy of a book and documents. Poor customer service with staff being confrontational. This location needs a complete staff rework.

My mother repeatedly asked for a parcel she was sending overseas to be sent express. She was assured that it would be. However, due to the incompetence of the staff it was sent standard. The parcel had already been sent when she realised what had happened. And now the parcel is in postage limbo and won't be received before it needs to arrive.

I don't use Numurkah post office much but whenever i do, i have a poor experience. The manager is angry and has poor qualities. They were going to charge me $14 to send a letter my kids had written to their cousins in Darwin. I left the store and posted my letter in Katunga post office instead which is a great post office with great customer service skills which numurkah lack.

absilout piss poor efford of delivering a package to out of town - unable to deliver a package - 2 mins latter its waiting for me to collect - i didnt know your postie bikes could do 20km's in 2 minutes - absilout rubbish service - Toll, TNT, FexEx are 100x more reliable than you idiots!
