$14 to send an 80th birthday card to my mum in the UK as classed as a large card. They told me I could save $4 by putting it in one of their larger envelopes (work that one out). Refused to pay and told them I would use Moonpig, at least it will get there in time.

Lost my parcel for 1 week had they found it on day one I would have received mother's day present on time. I insisted they look as my app said it had arrived they again scanned my app knowing the parcel was there and after 17 minutes apologized saying it had fallen down the back of the shelf. Other than this I have found it to be friendly and helpful

Filled out the form for my SO to go pick up my parcel, they wouldn't give it to her. The reason being is that she didn't have a form of my ID to prove its my signature. You have to be F&^king kidding me. Never had a problem at any other branch. Very annoyed

Really disappointed. Asked for manager to certify documents and was refused on false ground. Post Office Manager can certify documents by law. Went to Priceline Pharmacy next door and got my business done for a gold coin donation. Thanks guys

Never ever use Australia Post to send a parcel overseas. I spent $42 on International express delivery for a T-shirt and pen on 5th March 2018, it is now 21st March! They guaranteed "4 days" delivery. Now it's all excuses! I know I should have used DHL!!!
