This is an unfortunate review to the middle-age man with curled, grey hair and glasses wearing a grey shirt today (23/12/22). When told by another staff member that you didn't show to another customer her photo taken by you for her passport, your response was 'No, I am not a photographer...'. When this same staff member was processing my passport application, you asked her if she really needed to be processing passports applications given the amount of other customers in the store at the time. Even in Christmas, customers having their photo taken and their passport application organised to be processed is as equally important as shipping other customers' parcels.

Poor service by the lady on Personal Service Counter. Came to apply for passport and this woman was not ready to read the form and listen that if you dont have Combination 1 Documents you can attach Combination 2 documents. She just said I need to see Drivers license or you cant apply. Such a time waster. Never going back again to this location.

I've been served here by 4 different staff and only 1 (the only male) wasn't rude. On my last visit, the staff kept arguing that they can't do anything when the online instruction was to go to the post office for verification. The manager came and sorted it out easily.

If you have any type of disability or need to attach any NDIS documentation to your paperwork PLEASE AVOID this office. Staff has no knowledge of disabilities or how the NDIS trumps a GP note. Please Australia Post deliver some disability awareness training to your staff!

I'm giving one star to the middle aged female asian staff in here who's always grumpy and rude. She wants us to turn the packaging of the return inside out, but how are we going to seal it again? The package has 2 stick-on in case you might want to return it. Other staff has no problem at all and just place the new sticker on top of the previous one. Clearly she hates her job. I hope she gets replace as this branch is really convenient to us :)

This comment probably won’t change anything as these staff are probably all permanent. But I have to say that one female Asian worker(in her late forties possibly) is so daunting and sooo impatient. I went in to get some express envelopes/satchels, as I was unsure of which type to get, she questioned me with cold tone:” why does it have to be a satchel?” “Oh, you didn’t tell me that!”….It made me feel like a fool and I chose to walk away and help myself to the the products on the shelves. If you are this worker and reading this , you’d know who I am, and you are supposed to serve and give suggestions to costumers and not make them feel like they are stupid.

A young staff with long nails and tattooed brows (as well as some tattoos on her arm?) was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. We got there by 4.40 hoping to ship something but her attitude was written on her face that she just wanted us to get the f out of the shop so she could enjoy some tiktok time or something. I understand the shop closes at 5:00 but by the time we left (thanks though for the rush) it was exactly 5:00 so we didn’t really hold them back from work so why? I work in hospitality too if I had that attitude at work I wouldn’t have to go to work the next day. And, one last sincerest advice to you as a shop, you are running a post office not chicken chef, expecting people from different backgrounds that might not have the capability to speak your language that well. Hire someone that has basic communication skills and could actually assist your customers instead of wasting their time writing this for her friend.

Poor customer service, wanted to lodge a domestic letter with tracking, which I already paid for at my local post office, and this lady was like, that's $5.10 on the card. I was like, the envelope is already paid? I'm just here to get a lodgement scan, she had to go get her manager, and they checked that when I entered the Australia Post facility, I already had the envelope with me. Was not my mistake, staff assumed that I just took the envelope from the counter without paying. A bit disappointed.

I had setup a redirect mail from Melbourne to Adelaide. I found two mails in my PO Box thinking it was mine and opened it but it was someone else's! I thought this was a one-off mistake by Australia Post. However, I cancelled my redirect recently and I haven't received my mail in Melbourne for the last few months. Now, I hear that they kept the redirect active despite me cancelling it by going into this branch and actually talking directly to one of the staff. Now I am worried someone else may now have access to my PO Box and that person might have access to my private mails. This is a major security breach issue! I hope this Australia Post branch starts being more serious and professional, especially with regards to Mail Redirecting. (FYI I can see a lot of negative reviews about an old Asian lady...she is the same person that served me!!!)

2 staff (male) denied to verify my Land title verification form right-out. Told them my mrs did her here the day before with no issues. Took the paper work to the GPO and everything was done with ease. (They don’t even need the hard copy as everything was input electronically).
