Staff are very friendly, and accommodating when we had our children's passport pictures taken and also when it was lodged. I did not feel rushed at all, even after several failed attempts to get a decent photo of my two year old boy. The lady taking my boy's picture was very patient and helpful. And then when I had to get my own picture re-taken because my 1st photo, which was taken at Officeworks was rejected, they did not charge me a penny. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Is extremely Snappy and rude and complains about you in front of other customers to the customers I really don't understand why this is allowed in your business and why she still has a job, there seems to be multiple complaints about her through Google reviews as well

Phone number that does not work and just rings out. No Saturday opening hours making parcel pickup impossible unlike ALL surrounding post offices. Avoid at all costs. Claimed it would take 10 days to transfer parcel to a competent post office which is no more then a 5 min drive away.

A very important legal document / parcel was handed over to a random person, without any due diligence, check or verification. Upon complaining, the Manager 'Tania Keen' was absolutely unhelpful, covering her staff's careless mistake and suggested to contact the Police, which I did & as you know there is nothing they can do! I have lost the document & have to re-invest all the time, energy & money again! Really pathetically poor customer service, careless & irresponsible behavior on their part. Disappointed & Frustrated is the least described feeling. Never ever to visit, engage or recommend this Post Office. 0/5!!!

Bad customer service. Older lady with short brown hair and glasses not friendly or proffesional, she wasnt helpful at all wanted to charge me over 130$ for overseas return of two packgages. I went to another post office on prospect rd much better service. A guy was very helpful and told me its cheaper to send two packages together (to same address) for 87$. So basically the other post office would rip me off for 50$.

Very poor customer service. Had an express post delivered to their Post Office and was not notified. After following up through with several different staff members finally managed to source the parcel.
