Bad management at this office. > Driver attempted to deliver my parcel to my address but went to the complete wrong building. > inconvenient accident, but it happens, I requested a redelivery as I paid for a service that needed to be provided. The manager of this post office DENIED a redelivery according to the online service rep I spoke to and I was required to pick up the parcel from this post shop. (had to pay for parking and took over an hour to do this) > Aus Post then refused to provide a refund for the delivery fee despite the fact they acknowledge the driver went to the wrong building. How is this not theft? I paid for a service that was not provided? I've had 2 interactions with this post office, both unfortunately negative. It had LONG lines and wait times. The staff are friendly but clearly understaffed. Avoid using this place at all costs! (no nearby parking and wait times for me have been an average of an hour just to get to the counter)

Excellent customer service, staff are always friendly and welcoming given how busy they can be. Staff are quick and efficient. The shop was tidy, fully stocked and easy to do what I needed to do. Excellent effort from the staff to help others.

The staff are incapable of dealing with the amount of people who use a post office in a town centre. There is no multi tasking. The junior staff have to wait for the supervisor to approve things but the supervisor has decided she is better off taking 30 minutes to serve one customer posting 50 parcels (this could be done by a junior staff member) and holding everyone else up. The supervisor ignores the huge line of customers out the door and ignores the multiple people waiting for her to approve a form which would take 2 minutes. Bad management.

I feel the drivers get paid per delivery 2 times this week the aus post told me they couldnt access my apartment I was home no one buzzed my apartment and I had other deliveries which wasn't a problem feel that driver just went past and straight to the post office as I pay for delivery I feel ripped off and now need to go to covid riddled philip post office

Never enough staff working, but there wouldn't be lines out the door if they just delivered mail to people's houses and left there rather than requiring people to come in (i.e. their one and only job). Shannon's service (or lack thereof) was appalling- did not lift a finger to try to help, nor did she show a scintilla of professional responsibility.

I’ve been to this post shop various times and the overall experience has been good to great. Peak hours are always crowded but the staff are friendly & helpful regardless. The 2 self service machines do help if you don't like to wait.

I've had 2 dealings with the same young female staff recently at this PO; she is really wacky. If you are treated rudely for no good reason, given false information and talked-over by an overly-defensive staff, you'll know who I'm referring to. Her customer service is appalling.

I left work and drove 20 minutes to pick up a parcel, paid for parking and waited 15 minutes for the lady to say they there was no package with my name on it despite me having an email saying it’s there and a photo of the package with my name on it taken before it was sent. Then I got a phone call when I’d almost arrived back at work saying they’d found it. One of the most simple and basic services you’d expect from a post office and they still managed to stuff it up

Very Poor service this evening. Managers says they dont have enough money. Lady at the counter name Julio or something was rude. No need to raise her voice to us. We just walked in and was on to use western union. Very Pathetic service probably very racist. Should change the staff working here. 0 star given to you.

Appalling service. Have had endless issues with Woden throughout many years including parcels abandoned in unsafe places. They offer parcel lockers but when full they leave at a desk and refuse to put it in the locker when a slot becomes available. Completely useless for anyone who works longer shifts than 9-5pm. Can't call yourself a delivery service when you won't deliver to the specified address.

One of the tidiest and well stocked Australia Post's in Canberra. Always has stocked supplies and materials. Service is fast, although there is usually a bit of a wait, due to it being busy. Can find good deals while waiting.

I tried to pick up a parcel using my expired passport as ID but the young lady wouldn't accept it. I have used this in other branches no problems. I know expired passport won't get me across the border, but it can usually be used as an identification document. 0/10

We had a really positive experience yesterday, with a passport interview for my 15 yo son. Having read another review about staff who couldn't be bothered and there being a really small window when passport interviews are conducted there, I was reluctant to even try. However, we made the booking, ready to have to try again when we returned to Melbourne. On the day, we arrived early, yet were greeted warmly and professionally. I would like to thank Erich, who handled the interview, for his friendly and methodical approach. Would recommend.

Useless opening hours, unhelpful staff. Gets 1 star for having a nice, clean, new location. You know, you wouldn't have to offer collection if your drivers actually delivered the parcels like your customer pays for. Every time I'm unfortunate enough to have to come in here, there is always an argument going on between staff and a customer (causing huge queues and an unfriendly atmosphere). I personally boycott AusPost as much as possible to avoid damage to my parcels (if I even ever get them). Other private courier companies are actually competent, it's a shame I can't get alternatives to deliver everything so I could completely avoid AusPost.
