Jesmond Post Office is the most helpful and friendliest Post Ofiice I've been to. ALL staff are respectful and go out of their way to assist. Yesterday I went in feeling very low because of dealing with rude people all day. The girl that served me was so nice my spirits immediately lifted. Thankyou.

I have always been met by the friendliest staff. I'm a regular there so get to see the staff at least once a week. And to be able to walk in and they remember my name is great. They take the time to ask how I am and are genuinely interested. I feel like a friend and not just a customer. I've never seen any staff not be respectful and very helpful to everyone even when customers can be disrespectful to them. I highly recommend jesmond post office and its staff.
