I disagree that not all the staff are rude and unfriendly, but there have been times when I have kept my mouth shut with two of the staff, who are rude and dismissive most of the time. Itry to get served by one particular man who is always bright and cheerful.

They often not sent parcel at home even the online shop i buy say will leave at home when safely they couldn’t be bother leave parcel at home just write note to take to post office sometime even no note at all just email saying parcel ready to collect mean they not even reach home so bad 7 years ago they good now so bad

dont get your passport done here, I paid $245 extra onto of the $308 for a 2 day turn around at the passport office and asked for it to be 'collected'. I needed to pick it up in the city. because I cannot get an ICVC without a passport number for overseas travel. the passport office processed it in 24 hours, the admin put for it to be posted, it is now lost in space and nobody in any department at Australia post can help because a week later the registered tracking number has still not be lodged on the website, so the parcel has not been handled. No promises, I am suppose to leave in 3 days, the Foreign Affairs office says their system is definitely ticked to post out....just one simple renewal form .

Most staff there are ok. There is one staff member who is quite rude, picks at everything and snaps when asked a question. I even heard him comment on the appearance of a baby.

Went up to Engadine Post Office in my uniform while on shift to collect a parcel on behalf of a business as I am a casual employee and there is only one staff on per shift. Managers occasionally are in and being a franchise the owners do not work within the business. I was told that I needed a business card with my name on it and business details, or a letter of authority from the owners on the business letterhead in order to collect a parcel. I was told this AFTER he had taken the slip and started to look for the parcel, only to return a few minutes later to state that he cannot give me the parcel. This seems very excessive, considering I was in my uniform at the time. Very annoyed as I will now have to wait until Monday to try and get a manager/owner to attend the post office so we can receive supplies that we require.

Absolute worst post office i have ever been in. Service nill and by far the slowest second to none. It's as though it's a challange to keep their heads down and wait till someone else serves the next person.

Manager and staff in generall are extremely rude and dismissive. They have no sense of care for their customers and I honestly wish I could give a negative review. I have been to this store on many occasions, giving them the "benefit of the doubt" or a "this won't happen again" but alas, every time without fail they never cease to amaze me with how much they really don't care. Save your time and effort and go to a store that will give you the time of day. This store seriously needs to be reviewed by the ombudsman.

Incredibly rude employees with no manners. I was almost yelled at by a female employee for walking in the post office at 5:01pm. They need to work on their customer service skills.

Was texted at 706am saying my delivery is coming today. Text a choice of 1, 2 or 3 for where to leave it. Texted them 6 minutes later. got told it was too late. complained through text and was then told they would deliver according to my choice. 45 minutes later get a text saying my item is at Engadine Post Office, even though my choice was to leave it on my porch. My partner went there and then they said it wouldn't be ready until 430m, even though they texted me saying it was there, and she had to go back again. To exemplify how shocking Australia Post is, 10 minutes later Fastway rocked up with another parcel and left it on my porch in a safe place. There are always complaints about Australia Post in Engadine. Maybe someone should start listening

This Post Office is the saddest and worst business in Australia. They do not carry out there work competently and are full of excuses. Impossible to contact. Unable to find parcels and extremely unhelpful. The customer service is non existent.This comment has been made after many years of dealing with this Post Office not one random incident!!

If I could give a minus score...I would give it 5! The customer service is appalling, they are rude, dismissive and as a customer made feel unwelcome. They appear to be very unfamiliar with procedures and lack basic confidence in their services. Perhaps they should specialise in selling stamps, for I will NEVER go back to that Post Office...This branch really needs a review by the Ombudsman.
