I brought 2 collection tickets to collect parcels, got only one. 3 weeks after, they called me again to collect another one, stating it's the last day of collection before sending back. After explaining the troubled situation to the lady at the counter, she showed no sense of remorse what so ever and told me it's alright! Stop insulting people's intelligence, lady!

Amazing post office! Compared to the difficulties I have dealt with at other places they were so helpful when I was putting in my passport application for name change, I had spent all morning dealing with it as the other post office I went to were useless, the lady took my photo three times to make sure they were nice and they all seemed happy and like the genuinely wanted to help. I was pleasantly surprised that, unlike some earlier postings, my experience was a good one. In my case, I did all the paperwork before hand and the photos taken at this post office. I have only good words of my experience.

Some of the staff have terrible knowledge and service. Woman serving lied to me about tracking on my letter to France. Wrote down a fake tracking number on my receipt and I only found out afterwards. She also gave me wrong custom forms to fill out so I had to fill in multiple forms. I have had stuff sent from this PO not getting delivered before. I hope they are not doing this on purpose to steal letters/parcels

Went to this PO to submit passport applications of my family, the manager denied to accept the applications stating that photos are not in required size. These photos were taken outside by a professional and were of excellent quality and rightly sized. We later went to Parkwood PO where we submitted the applications without any hassle. Our applications were processed and we received the passports in time. If there is any serious paperwork better avoid this PO

Went to this post office to get a new passport as my old one has expired. A staff member by the name of "Alan" served me. It was going well until he said I needed proof of my address, but I don't have any because I just turned 18 and is still living with parents. I told him multiple times that I have 2 referees instead, because it is stated in the government website of foreign affairs, that 2 referees would do. Alan, had the audacity to tell me that I had to go home and bring my documents which I told him I didn't have and that I had 2 referees. So I asked him "how do I get proof then if I live with my parents" and he scoffed at me and proceeded to argue with me. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he didn't have a manager, finally after about 5 minutes of talking back, he went and spoke with another staff member (I'm pretty sure it was his manager) called the department, and in the end he just had to write a comment. Got my passport application done in 20 minutes when it could have taken 5. Would not recommend this post office unless you like the thrill of seeing a staff member telling you to go home and arguing with you.

Worst customer service ever. I entered the shop approximately 20 minutes before the closing time to submit a passport application. By the time my number was next in queue it was 15 minutes to closing time. The gentleman (wasn't wearing a name badge) at the service counter told me he needs half an hour to review my passport application. Really half an hour to review a completed application with all photos taken and attested, and all forms completed? Another customer service lady from behind mentioned we need 15 minutes. I told the guy that she is saying 15 minutes so it can be done in 15 minutes while you have 5 wasted 5 minutes arguing that you need half an hour to review the application. He responded saying 'maybe I am slow'. Well there is a wise message here for Aus Post in regards to hiring and employees performance. While there was another gentleman who entered the shop just before me, presented his application at 15 minutes to shut-down mark, had to get his photo taken and still the staff were happy process his application. When I raised this with the staff they mentioned 'his application is renewal application'. Well you didn't ask me what my application was for before you blatantly said I cannot do it because you couldn't be bothered to work the last 15 minutes of your shift. Aus Post really needs to put attention to customer service for this particular store.

Complete and utter incompetence when it comes to taking passport photos. Had them taken last week only to have them rejected at another Australia Post office as they had managed to make them look like they were taken in front of a green wall even though it was a white wall. Went back today, 3 staff tried taking the photos in 5 different locations around the shop yet they still show up green. Tried to say they don't have this problem with anyone else??? We aren't green glowing aliens. That took an hour then they said they will have to just refund my money. Certainly doesn't help when you urgently need to get passport applications in and have now wasted 5 days due to their incompetence. My entire holiday is now at risk. Unfortunately no one else in the Southlands or Bull Creek shopping centres do passport photos.

Literally the worst post office, in the history of post offices. I went to get my learners permit done, which the website claimed that they could do, but oh no- previously unspecified passport/personal checks were required, of which they sent me away, saying it could take anywhere from an hour to 24 hours. Delightfully helpful1!1!1!! They also passed me a form to fill out. Receiving a call hours later, I went back for attempt 2. Now this guy was disgusting. Speaking to me in a deliberately slow, carefully enunciated, "I don't know if you can speak English, but I'll assume that you can't because you aren't Caucasian-looking, like me" tone, he proceeded to look at my documents and tell me that my name was "wrong". Well I'm sorry that your uncultured ass can't handle my name. This guy then shooed me away, and told me to go to the driving department. Remember that form they gave me? The lady at the department kindly let me know, that it was long outdated. This unclear, racist experience, has made me lose faith in AustraliaPost as a whole.

I suggest Auspost review their staff performance. We went on the weekend for witnessing of signature and verification of identity for conveyancing services and the staff on weekend said 1. No witnessing services available on weekend 2. No such service ie she doesnt even know what I am talking about despite it being clearly identified in the auspost website as one of the posts that offer the service If certain services are not available on weekends on specific shops then really you should make it clear by signage so we don't waste our time queuing.

Atrocious customer service. Like others here, I visited the post office to verify some forms. I waited in queue for 30 minutes only to be told to come back later as they were closing and wanted to serve paying customers first. I for one will not be coming back, and I highly recommend that you visit Parkwood post office instead where I have received better service previously.

My family and I had recently went to the post office to hand in our passport applications to have our passports renewed. We entered and had our passports checked by one of the female staff "Greeya", she'd checked through the whole application, marking in places, showing that she had checked and was alright with it and told us that there was a minor mistake in the application and that it'd require our guarantor to alter the mistake. She told us that we had 15 minutes to have it changed by the guarantor themselves and come back, telling us that she'd only have to check that area for any errors before approving the application and further emphasised that she wouldn't be able to serve us after the 15 minute time limit. We were able to find the guarantor and return to the post office within 10 minutes meeting our requirements, we went to her counter with her asking her colleague whether she should serve us or not. Her choice was clear when she decided to leave us there by ourselves at the counter with no other worker tending us. How long does it really take to just check in one area and look at whether the error was changed or not? Not long. Yet she decided to put her priorities over ours saying that we had gone over time, even though we were back in the post office before the time limit. We'd waited another half an hour when finally another worker "Jo" decided to serve us, we told her that we were in a hurry and asked whether she could make it quick with checking our changed application. We voiced our need but she continued to chatter on saying how we'd been late even though we weren't wasting our time, in the she refused to check our application, claiming that she was unable to renew the passport application due to personal reasons. During this half an hour wait, a long line of never ending customers was served leaving us standing by ourselves at an empty counter waiting for a worker to assist us. Did they really have no one to serve one customer? Yet enough to have one person serve 15 customers? No other workers even bothered to ask whether we needed any assistance, even though they noticed that we had been standing there for an extended time period. While the wait I'd carefully observed what the employee's attitudes were towards the customer and found most lacking in good customer service and efficiency. The way the workers were unorganised and the management was terrible having majority of workers looking lost and not understanding what they were meant to do. We are very disappointed in their customer service and their how the workplace is managed. Giving them a one star rating is already very generous considering what we'd experienced. Firstly setting us a time limit, placing pressure on their customer in a threatening manner, secondly ignoring our need for assistance and thirdly rejecting to let us apply for our passport renewal. I don't believe that we've been the only customer to experience situations like this.

Given wrong advise on postage cost at the beginning and I have paid for that to send the parcel to oversea. After 2 weeks it send an mail to me said that the amount I paid is incorrect, the parcel still seating in there, ask me to go back and pay extra to send that parcel. I want to tell you it is your stuff fault! You shall compensate the money and get that delivered on time! Very poor service and frustrated they give me the wrong information and I lost the time and I can put more thing in the parcel!

Disgraceful. Lazy and worst customer service ever. Not keen to take on business and provide services. Went there to apply f extension and passport. They wouldnt take on business because they said is too near to their finishing time. But i hv been in the queue 50 mins earlier and then been asked to go home and get another doc due to their unclever thinking. Trust me the workers are not smart at all. Lazy and wanted to close as early as possible. Dont recommend anyone to visit. Will not go back again.

Avoid on weekends. Very long queues that hardly move. Expect 2 hours queuing time on Saturdays (after at least 15 mins driving around to look for parking)
