Went there for some stuff that needed a photo as well. Asked the girl dealing us to email the photos as well. She said okay But I just received my receipt and no photos Next day went there and asked about digital photos and to my astonishment a very unprofessional and rude lady was saying that I have to pay an extra 18$ to get digital copy or I should bring a hard copy to get an email. Even if that's the case they should've told us previous day.. very very disappointed from their service and dealing

I have been numerous times but there are a few staff who could be more customer friendly. I've been treated like I was stupid .I won't argue back. I won't bring myself down to their level. However karma.will prevail. Get the staff trained to be more pleasant

Fantastic service and assistance with a passport application by the lovely ladies at the Aus Post shop Mandurah Forum late on Thursday afternoon. Even though it was the end of the day all of the staff were super helpful and friendly.

The 3 times I've visited this post office (Mandurah Forum) I've been served by 3 seperate individual females & each one has been either very rude &/or very unpleasent (passive/aggressive, moody, sarcastic & 'cold'). This place is very negative as a consequence. Whatever is causing this issue, needs to be addressed.

Don't know about the store staff, but the drivers are lazy and dishonest tools. I have security footage that shows no one coming to my house yet they said that was the case and sent the parcel I had been waiting on for weeks due to the item just not leaving the facility for NO reason and then I was informed about the change of delivery 15 minutes after the store had closed. Absolutely pathetic.

Yes, I do have closer Post Office I could go. Considering renovation work that is happening in Mandurah Forum it is not convenient to go there. Yet, I rather go there than anywhere else. Why? Because of the people who work there as they are not only helpful and friendly but also knowledgeable. Not sure if I spell names correctly Carmen and Duffny are amazing. But everyone there is fantastic. Great place, huge range of services but most important - people who are there to really help you!

Worst customer service. The lady at the counter enters my name wrong, like by looking at my licence. That must be dumbest on a different level. And then I pointed out to correct it as we need for our business receipts, they start arguing and do not want to correct it. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful.

Decent Australia post shop. Range of extras and they have a reasonable amount if staff on at most times so its not common to experience queues. Friendly staff in general.

I will never use Australia Post to send a parcel overseas again. I spent $42 on International express delivery for a T-shirt and pen from Mandurah on 5th March 2018, it is now 21st March! They guaranteed "4 days" delivery. Now it's all excuses! Should have used DHL!!!
