Very disappointing service and handling of our problem. Several trips were made to this store, each time following advice received by Australia Post Customer Service help line, and at no stage did staff at the Nedlands Post Shop attempt to solve the problem just simply say 'No' each time and send us back out to call Australia Post customer service again, who continued to give inaccurate advice and send us back in to be humiliated all over again. It would not have been hard to pick up the phone and call the relevant parties involved to help solve the problem - instead of making the customer go away and wait on hold for up to an hour in each case, 3 times - and still not accept the documentation presented on advice by their own customer service team - if you knew better then why didn't you provide clear instructions of what needed to be done at the first visit, or even the second!! Good old fashioned customer service would have gone a long way. It is not the customers fault when the advice given by your own organisation is incorrect and you should have gone out of your way to assist not hinder when it became obvious we were receiving inaccurate advice - a whole day (literally) wasted trying to resolve an issue - still not resolved.

Great friendly local staff good experiences whenever I go. The only disappointment and a major one is that it is not opened on the weekend. Meaning that even though it is my closest post office, I don’t actually often go there due to work, and collecting parcels can be a pain.
