Very rude male staff member a few weeks ago. I went to lodge my passport. I had already taken my picture at teds cameras and it met the passport requirements. When I came in on the morning to lodge my passport I didn’t have any makeup on and my fake tan had come off a bit. I wear fake tan and makeup all of the time but I had to rush to a dentist appointment so I didn’t bother. Anyways the man said that the picture was unnatural and didn’t match my skin tone (which is quite light and freckly without makeup). I had my old passport and drivers license with me and they both matched the passport fine. The man was very rude and wanted me to pay for another picture and I didn’t believe I need to. It was only after arguing with him that he spoke to another woman that he said that he could accept it, but the passport office might not. Wasn’t surprising at all that my picture was approved by the passport office. This man needs to get off his pedestal and also realise how makeup works.

I can't believe how rude the staff are , yesterday I witnessed one of the male staff yelling at a lady who couldn't quite understand about express post. It's not the first time, I have been spoken to rudely as well and it's just not acceptable

NO STAR!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Waiting for my parcel to arrive today. I had an instruction to leave at front door if no one's around but we we're home that time. Notified that it was delivered. BUT THE PARCEL IS NOT HERE AND DELIVERY MAN DIDNT EVEN BOTHER COMING TO OUR DOORSTEP. Just placed a collection card in our mailbox, so i let my brother to collect it on my behalf because i have a newborn to attend to. And my brother said the person in auspost tewantin was very rude to him & insisting that the parcel was delivered. The auspost guy rang the delivery guy to ask what happened and the delivery guy said he pressed DELIVERED instead of PICK UP AT THE POST OFFICE. The post office guy then said that the delivery man "was just a trainee" now the post office guy rang me just then & he said i can pick it up today as the delivery guy just came back at the post office. No one even bothered saying SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSED. Someone has to do something about this because it's very unprofessional.

my parcel got taken straight to the post office despite the fact that we are at HOME in lockdown. i cant leave 10km from my home, how am i supposed to drive 23km to the post office to pick up my parcel???? annoying considering that the closest post office to me is 6km away, yet because of my post code it gets taken to the one in tewantin.

Good service, at times over crowded with stock selling everything under the sun, hard to line up for service with cardboard displays placed in isles, shame there not open Saturday mornings.
