Lady at front desk harassed me for not having my ID. Looked like a Karen, old, blonde hair. Working at front desk. My email said no ID needed, but still harassed and yelled at me in front of everyone calling me and I quote “stupid silly girl that can’t read” 2 other people in front of me walked out before me mumbling under their breath about her, unsure of name but made me feel very uncomfortable in a situation I was innocent in. Laughed at me when I walked out saying “I will throw away your package next time you have one delivered here” very surreal experience given the “quality” they are meant to give customers. I may consider taking this to police even because I was quite literally bullied like school hard behaviour. I showed them the email, no ID was required, on top of that all Aus post didn’t even knock on my door ALL DAY and apparently they did. Now I understand why Aus post is hated.

The tubby lady with blond hair at the counter had an absolutely appalling attitude! I didn’t have my photo ID to pick up my parcel after hastily leaving a DV situation only 2 nights ago. She threw the card back at me more or less and had a smug smile and said “no photo ID no parcel”. I pushed the card back to her and tried to tell her that I did have other forms of ID, but she kept cutting me off but she cut me off. I felt like bawling my eyes out on the spot! It doesn’t take much to be kind to someone, you never know what’s going on in there life. The kind thing to do would have been for her to say “if you don’t have a photo ID, we do accept other forms” which I had on me. It was nice you had one of your other workers intervene and take over, most likely after hearing the way the tubby blond spoke tot me. I left the post office bawling my eyes out. Please learn to be kind and speak to people with respect. You are in a customer service role after all!

The do NOT do anything to do with passports at this center. It should be made clear on their website prior to visiting.

Rude service wouldnt accept drivers licence or centrelink id online. Can use photo id in hospital or rego dept but not to pick up a bloody parcel...riddiculous

I have been sending all my business parcels through this office for almost two years now, on a daily basis. They are very helpful and usually go above and beyond to help. I would certainly recommend this branch.

Doesn't do Verification of Identity, no signs to say so, queue for 15mins only to be told to go somewhere else. Honestly everytime I need to do do something this post office has every excuse why they can't. Save your time and go to the Plaza.

Unlike the previous reviewer Theresa Acton. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism and level of service delivered by the Business Centre. Unlike some other post offices on the Coast, Maroochydore BC provides a clearly superior service. The staff are always pleasant and helpful in my experience, and I have been a regular account customer there for a few years now. They provide a fast efficient service, always.

I will NOT use this Post Office again. The woman behind counter was so over bearing, rude and obnoxious. she insisted that if I leave my $500 parcel in the front drop area where anyone can pick it up it WON'T get stolen because they have cameras. I mean how ignorant is that. She also told me I'm supposed to use ebay bags when sending ebay items. Not true. The other worker glared at me when I handed my parcel over the counter. What an awful experience. Another customer said they are always horrible

This post office is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been served by 2 different women in this post office on 2 different occasions and have found both times a very unpleasant experience. Both times the woman were over commanding ( n for goodness sake I was just posting a parcel) n it seemed very much like they enjoyed holding people at ransom when just asking a simple question. Very unpleasant. Luckily I have an alternative posting address therefore have a choice not to use this post office in the future.

Abysmally poor service across the board. Package deliveries are always slow, lazy postmen take their own sweet time to trundle along on their bikes and deliver packages. Very disappointing to come home in the evening and still see them driving up and down the street stuffing letters roughly into letterboxes and yelling people's names out until they open the door to sign for the package. Serious reform is desperately needed if they want to keep up with superior postal services in neighboring countries.

This is the worst post office in Australia if not the world. The woman i dealt with had no customer skills. I phoned the 13 number for Australia Post. I was put on hold while the person i spoke to spoke to the person at the post office. The lady from the post office then spoke to the person on the phone infront of me saying I've told him that and this and that. The 13 number person then started talking to me again. I told the 13 number person that i have heard the whole conversation as i was standing infront of the lady at the post office. Why wasn't this phone call taken in private instead of infront of me and other customers. I did everything i was asked to by the 13 number people yet the response from the lady was we don't take damaged items at this branch. The people at the 13 number told me to go to this office. THANK YOU AUSTRALIA POST FOR TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE YOU CAUSE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PARCELS. To the 2 rude women that work at this place take note. You have as many 1 star ratings as you do 5 star ratings. That says something about your attitude and customer service.

As the main collection point in Maroochydore, it's conveniently located with ample parking. Loses some stars as it's always busy and there is often a 10 minute wait to be served

In the past I always went to this post office but after a disgusting experience with the staff there I will no longer return. The two ladies would not help me and I have never experienced such rude service at a post office. Will not be returning.
