The worst experience I have ever had at a postoffice , I will be canceling my PO. Box that I just paid for, and going to another postoffice. There is no excuse for unforgivable behaviour, I do not appreciate being made out to be a liar.

This post office is absolutely abhorrent. I have now been charged with ‘cash out’ on my card twice now instead of purchase for postage. My accountant phoned me to query it as we send for postage on a regular basis. She told me our business cannot claim postage now (GST) as it was done as a cash out. I then went a third time and stopped her before starting the transaction telling her to please make sure it is put through as a purchase sale- and not cash out. She immediately pretended to not know what I was talking about and got hostile towards me. This business has no professionalism and is most definitely making money in an illegal manner. I have reported them to Australia Post and if nothing is done I am going to the Ombudsman. P.S We were only using this post office as new to the area. I will be using my usual post office near my office from now on.

The teller tried to refuse the basic customer service by lieing to me.After that on purposely she charged double amount of cost. Then I asked a refund to the wife of owner. Instead of poligising she just told me she wasn't hear.
