Paid premium for express delivery. They were a day late already. They messaged in the morning to expect delivery between 6:35-8:35pm on a Friday evening. Yes it said PM (pic attached for reference) And even then, they lie about attempting delivery at 5:19pm (tracking log), no attempted delivery card left in mail box, no knock, and no call. Checked my security cameras to be sure and there was no attempt of delivery. So they are straight up lying now too. And last little f.u they gave to me as the cherry on top was to send a message at 5:57pm saying my package is ready for collection at the depot (pic attached for reference) which closes at 6pm and have to wait until Monday to go pick it up. No integrity and zero accountability. Have attached a third picture as reference to what this post office depot is.

The staff are friendly at Tuggeranong BC but the parcel delivery service is terrible! I never get a parcel delivered to me and sometimes don't even get a card notifying my parcel is ready to be picked up. I have to actively go to the shop to check if my parcel has arrived if I'm expecting one. Not happy at all!

If you see that your package is being delivered through the Greenway BC then forget getting the package on time. Absolutely terrible service - CONSTANTLY.
