BRILLIANT ☆☆☆☆☆ Owner is super polite, patient and professional, (I have witnessed some pretty rude and very difficult customers of all ages and he has always keep it cool and professional) I post lost of packages weekly, especially for the last 2 years and I have to say I have been very looked after. Now he is stocking more the shop with very useful and cute items, so if you need any stationery and a quick gift, you are in the right place. Parking can be tricky as there are limited spaces at the front, but there is a lot you can use, entry is next to the bottle shop. Super recommended 👌

Excellent service, my son and I have been coming here for nearly 5 years with the same owner, he is always so helpful, quick, knowledgeable and kind. I don't know what those other people are talking about, maybe they should treat people the way they would like to be treated. I've never had an issue with this owner, and I watch the way he serves other customers in front of me in the cue and I've never seen a problem, if your not happy with him, don't go there anymore, he is a very gentle man just trying to do his job.

had a delivery redirected to these guys after I was not home. When I went to pick my package up, I found they had already given it to a person unknown to me. Obviously they don’t check ID at this place. Staff then showed no concern and made excuses for their mal practice.. avoid if possible.

Updated Review: It's been 6 years since I posted my last review thingy. Nothing has gone wrong at all, owner has been lovely. Haven't had any problems since then. It's just AUS post drivers over the last few years that have been the bane of my existence. Filing complaints directly to AUS post site seems to have fixed the issue but everynow and then I get another smooth brain delivery driver. Old review: According to a tracking number I had a parcel arrive here, The owner said it wasn't there and would refuse to check the tracking number. It then returned back to the people who sent it 3 weeks later, open..

I came here to pick up two packages. They sent back the first one, and misplaced the second one that came just two days prior to me going to the post office. I had to pay for a taxi there and back and the taxi was waiting outside for me and they took forever to tell me they couldnt find it. I highly doubt they'll call me saying they have it
