Very friendly and efficient staff! I didn't know I have to make an appointment for passport renewal and just walked in. The man, whom I believe is the business owner told me that I actually need to make an appointment. However, there's still 15 minutes till the next appointment. So he proceeded with my application to save me a second trip to the PO. I like the way how they accommodate customers. It's always my favourite PO.

Extremely happy with service provided at this post office. Really helpful and accomodating staff. We applied for passport for family - didn't have appointment but they accommodated us on same day. Were provided full guidance and tips before appointment time so our application was accepted hassle free and saved us another visit.

This is a very good PO. I enjoy my visit everytime. Nothing seems too much trouble for any of the staff. They are very polite, helpful and friendly. I am so happy this is my local post office. The staff are so friendly, helpful and polite. I have a PO Box here and even though I only go in to the store once a fortnight or so, I always get friendly smiles and am greeted with my name. They really went out of their way to sort a problem with my email notifications and always patiently try and get me the best postage options on my international mail and parcels.

They don’t explain anything to the customer regarding posting internationally , they give you form of Auspost to send a parcel , but the parcels sent by DHL, and the receivers have to go through ample number of emails to answer and upload stupid details, which are already given. They don’t provide any information to DHL about the parcel sent and DHL torture the sender immensely. what a Shame Never going to choose them again

Its quite a small post office outlet, but has all the things you need for your postal requirements. The size is important though as this place can get crowded and really awkward very quickly. They've jammed in so many shelves and tables of other merchandise to sell that you can quickly end up queuing out the door, and it can be hard to navigate around the queue. Ultimately the problem with this place though is the customer service. They will not do anything to make your life easier or answer questions. There is clear disdain and unwillingness to do anything other than the bare minimum. Their customer service is poor when you're paying money, and it gets really bad if you're there for a free service such as a statutory declaration. If you can use a different post office, then I highly recommend you do so.

I sent a package to my neice in England recently. Politely asked to fill out customs paperwork, paid about $42, and was told it would take about 3 weeks. Received a text to say it was on its way, then about a week later another to say it had arrived in UK. Next day, another text saying it had been delivered. My neice emailed me to say thanks - it had taken 10 days. Definately a case of underpromising and overdelivery! Very pleased.

The staff here are incredibly arrogant to the point of being aggressive and so lazy. Yet, they are still willing to invest ten times the energy and effort in making up some laughable excuse why they can’t or won’t do something than it takes to perform a simple, routine transaction. Moreover, they definitely favor Asian customers. They are really friendly, and polite to them but when it’s your turn suddenly they have to go out the back or do something else. Lady behind me in line just laughed it off saying it’s been like that for ages. Well, it shouldn’t be like that at all. Every customer, regardless of their ethnicity deserves the same level of courteous treatment and service. If some of the staff have a language barrier, that’s fine and most customers are generally patient and understanding, but as a business owner the onus is on them to train their staff in communicating effectively and politely instead of just shouting at the customer when they don’t understand what’s being said.

My expected parcel was for inexplicable reason delivered to this post office. No attempt at contact was made and furthermore instead of doing the obvious and redirecting it to the correct address shown on the item Parkwood post office sat on it for two weeks. Had I not by chance find out it was there I doubt it would ever have been seen again. It apparently arrived there on November 8th it is now November 21st and despite contacting Post Office Australia to lodge a complaint have still not received it

AVOID if you can! This used to be decent place but now it is managed as a fish market and since I live in the zone - I have to go there sometimes, reluctantly, to pick up parcels. The price and the people who run it are untrustworthy … as other people have already mentioned in their reviews. Few months ago – I had to go there to get my passport photos taken. A younger short lady (who seemed like a manager), asked me to stand next to the screen and wait. She kept making eye contacts with me from the counter but didn’t bother to take photos. There were other few staff at the counter – they were busy chatting with each other (in the language I did not understand) while ignoring the only customer in the store! I stormed out after 8 minutes – to be exact. I started using services at the Carousel or the Southland branches – both of which are much more competitive in terms of customer service, prices, professionalism!

The staff here are unfamiliar with Australia Post products. After asking several times for a box of flat rate satchels and getting offered prepaid, I showed an image on my phone and was told "that's not Australia Post". I run an online business and send hundreds of them a month, unfortunately now I'll be either buying them from another post office or online.
