I honestly feel anxious going into this post office because the workers are so unbelievably rude (two male workers in particular). I try to go in with a friendly and positive attitude each time but no matter what one of the staff will make a rude, condescending comment and will tell me I’ve done something wrong to inconvenience them. I’ve never seen anything like it. They are so mean. Horrible.

Was served by two staff members. Both were a little terse but efficient. The second staff member assisted me when I returned after realising I put the wrong address on the parcel. He found the parcel and assisted me in re-addressing it. Much appreciated. Happy with their service.

Very disappointed they're not open on Saturdays anymore. It's rather inconvenient when Saturday is the only chance I get to go in and pick up parcels delivered to the PO box, may have to change to a different post office.

Least helpful Aus Post I have ever been to. Very rude and arrogant staff no respect for a customer and no guidance for any issue related to passport application process. Thay have denied processing our application due to some false mistakes but same application was processed by other Aus post for 2 diff passports and we got passports with no issue both times. These guys really need to learn about customer ethics and customer relationship. They do not deserve to have passport application processing rights

Ripped open my envelope to scan a barcode instead of looking it up on the computer then very badly taped the package back together and charged me full price for the damaged envelope and now my eBay buyer will think the product is damaged and possibly lodge a claim against me because the staff are incompetent

So after reading the reviews on here I was preparing myself for some rude service today. But no, I went in to get my passport done and the lady who served me was very lovely and happy to answer any questions I had. The other staff seemed polite too. I was very happy with the service. Maybe they have changed their staff, or maybe some of the reviews on here are not to be believed.

Totally disgusted at the way one grumpy old lady made us feel today. Went to take my child in to get her passport done this morning and we felt completely belittled in front of other customers. Not sure where her customer service skills are, but you could of told us things in a much nicer manner. We went straight to the Salisbury post office after this experience and thank the lord, there is nice customer service out there. So our appointment is now booked in with that post office instead of our local. I will be making a formal complaint, not just a bad review on here.

They are efficient but expect brusque customer service. If you don't know what you're doing with passport applications/registration renewals expect to be put in your place. If you have an idea the service is quick and no-frills.

When a lady yells at you whilst she is serving someone else saying 'no it doesn't' referring to information on the Australia post website, totally forgetting that it is the 21st century and I carry the entire history of humankind in my front pocket, let alone the ability to prove her wrong immediately. Worry about your own customer and work on your service skills because they are poor.

Absolutely ridiculous! The staff are so rude and have terrible customer service. Yelling constantly at your customer's is not a good look. Expect you to know everything and when you ask them general questions, they get annoyed and give you attitude. Disgusting and I despise going to this place! Only come because I had to! Had to go here to organise our passports, was quiet and the first lady we had was so rude and made it an issue with a few errors, went off to get the errors fixed and the next lady who served us was a lot nicer. Unfortunately still some issues regarding our childrens passports so we needed to go back. The guy the next day was worse. Didnt like the way things were that were ok the previous day but not today. I get you see passports day in and day out but we havent had to do one in 12 years so we dont know dont treat people like scum for simply not understanding a few things.

The Team Members in the post office need replacing! They are disgustly rude, they don't let you speak, they have no clue what they are even talking about. If you want to get the standards up of this post office I'd get rid of a lot of the older Ladies, especially Rochelle. Number 1 rule of retail Never argue with customers!!! If I could I wouldn't even give this post office a 1 Star rating.
